It does not work in iran

I hate this program, every time I install it, someone from Germany and England calls, don't install it at all
It can’t connect!
What a ridiculous app! It can’t connect to “proxy” whenever I need, only a couple times in a day! Don’t working every time I need, just loading “connect to proxy”, what a proxy?? I just need to connect to telegram! And there is a advertisement!
Bugs
It’s so good and it works perfectly with proxies. But it has some bugs:• holding on chats not working• when I try to join new group or channels it says limit reached. No matters how many I leave. The error will disappear but still I can’t join.
