So far...

I've only listened once & in getting ready for my second I noticed the "program length issue" people are mentioning... If you select "delayed" set a time then go back & change to sleep or awaken the program length time will be correct. 9 months ago I listened to the Lose Weight program every night for a week. I lost 60 lbs in 3 months & another 15 since then (now @ 125lbs). I hope this works as well!

Doesn’t work anymore

I thoroughly enjoyed this app. I have many of Andrew’s apps and love listening to them. This one, and a few others, are no longer working. They don’t even open when trying to access them. Huge disappointment.

Different than the rest

I have been a Dr. Johnson fan for about a year using them at night and once during the day. This app. is very different than his other ones. Music has really changed, its nice to switch them up. They all get me to sleep, really fast...zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Verra' posatif...

What a lovely voice! Subtle positive and beneficial changes are occurring as I continue to learn how to deeply relax and listen to the guidance offered. My own abilities to accomplish tasks are gently appearing. I am awakening without the constant mental chatter of things I have to accomplish, after restful sleep filled with powerful and vivid dreams. There are a few transition spots in the narrative with too-long silence or skips that are leaving out a word or two. Not sure if that's my iPhone or the app itself. I alsa seem ta be speekin' un thinkin' with a sligh Scottish brogue!

That is the real deal!!!!

I was skeptical but, it really moved me - super pleasant at the same time. I really need to decompress with these AJ sessions. Can't wait for another!

It was beautiful and it made sense!

This meditation starts with Andrew Johnson's regular relaxation induction. It prepares you for the part where he speaks about Procrastination and overcoming it. His voice is very soothing and relaxing but it is not boring. You really listen to him and it's okay to drift off because you naturally come back to listening to him and all the positive things he has to say. I really enjoyed the part about making you aware about time when time stops. You will understand this but when you listen to the meditation. I know that if I keep listening to this it will keep giving me the results that I want. Andrew Johnson's meditation have been the answer to a lot of the problems that I have been having. Besides this recording I use the Deep Sleep and Deep Relaxation meditations.

Beneficial

I've really grown fond of Andrew Johnson's meditation apps. I've seen positive results for many of them. I also appreciate their use of sound business ethics. There is a glitch that I would like to be fixed and think that it could be easily done. In the options menu you can change outcomes of the recorded message, sleep or wake. The problem is that there is a notable pause in sound that is disruptive to the meditation when it switches towards the end. I'd give it four and half stars if this wasn't occurring.

Give this a try!

I'm not sure why there are ever negative reviews for AJ apps unless it's an actual issue with the recording. He does exactly what he promises in each app. I have most of them and use them regularly. I love the Get Fit, Stress Free, Confidence, Procrastination, Healing, Pain Free, Deep Sleep, and Success. I work way too much and these apps help with stress, motivation, confidence before meetings or presentations and muscle pain from sitting too long at the computer. The Get Fit is also excellent for motivation. If you don't like the Procrastination, try the Get Fit, the messages are great for motivation.

Amazing. Really works!!

I kept postponing downloading this app, but finally did. That night I was too tired to listen to it and the next morning I didn't have time. Really. The next night, I finally listened to it... When I woke up, I organized the chester drawer and closet!! I couldn't believe it. It really works. I've also bought many others apps by Andrew Johnson and I am hooked! Get fit is really inspiring and positive. And deep sleep is excellent. I highly recommend his apps.

I like this app!!!

I started to listen to this one two weeks ago. Then, I began listening to the Weight Lost app. I lost 10 lbs!!! The key is to play it while you're sleep or in the background of your home or car. If 100 times don't get you, try 1,000. Either way, don't give up on you. You weren't born yesterday. It's took years or decades to build negative behaviors. Negative mind, negative results. The key here is you! In the movie The Wizard of Oz, Dorothy went to everyone & everywhere to find her way home. And to think, all she had to do was click HER heals. It was within HER all that time. It's in YOU, too. Click your heals. This is just a tool to help you. My hope for you is that it does. Enjoy your one and only life!
