Everything about this app is perfect except one little thing: I keep having my records go blank! Please fix this, because I need to keep track of what’s happening. Aside from that, I love uploading photos, and I love the sound feature that is has, but my records keep disappearing.
I just got the app less than 12 hours ago, and it’s truly a gift. I tend to get very scared when afflicted with an anxiety attack and begin to hyperventilate, making it a full blown panic attack. Just two days ago I called 911 because I thought I was dying due to the pressure in my chest and panic, I recall the paramedics telling me this and to breathe! Your app has been very successful the two times I was about to have major panic. This last time, I was able to get my heart rate down from 137 bpm to 88 bpm in 10 minutes of breathing. Thank you!!!!!!
This app is so awesome. I have really enjoyed it and have used it everyday since I got it. It super simple and easy to use. It’s simply for you to focus on your breathing, nothing fancy. I also really love that it allows you to track your panic attacks and has an emergency contact option. Over all it’s a really great tool to use especially when you are stressed.
Hello I am 12 yrs old and I just downloaded your app and I have no regrets this app is simple which s really good for when I have attacks because it is hard to do things to the simplicity of this app is perfect and I love that you added a call button which was really helpful and the calming pictures is perfect so now I have everything in one app and I think this app is just perfect along with the calendar feature to log them I used to journal them and that was really hard so now that I have it on my phone and can bring it everywhere is just perfect and I’m so thankful you created such a wonderful app😊
Very good app! Love the custom breathing amounts and the calendar! One suggestion would be to maybe add background color options? In some cases you might not want a bright-white background, at least in my opinion.
I struggle with anxiety and deep breathing really helps. I love that the app lets you call someone if needed and lets you pick photos that bring you joy. I also like that you can customize the count for your breathes
This is a great app to create your own safe space on your phone. Soothing sounds, breathing exercises, a speed dial feature to get help, and a gallery to keep photos you love. It’s simple but it does what it says it will. There’s also a calendar function if you want to track your attacks. The only additions I’d suggest would be more sounds (I use the waves currently but honestly rain helps me most) and some kind of night mode/darker theme.Edit: Dark Mode has been added and I love it! I am so happy I found this app. This stopped me from having a panic attack in literally 3 breath cycles. This app is absolutely amazing in every way, thank you so much for creating this you have helped me out so so much!!
I love that it’s free with no bs subscription or anything. It’s just there to help you be okay. You don’t have to pay for some overpriced subscription to help with your anxiety attacks. You just download it and you can calm your anxiety while also tracking it. It’s amazing. Thank you so much!!
Just wanted to say thanks to the creator of this app. I had my first full blown panic attack in years last night, woke me up from a sound sleep - heart racing out of my chest, sweating, chest pain, etc. I had tried everything to make my heart stop racing. I had heard about these kind of apps, quickly searched them, and this one popped up. The breathing exercises helped IMMENSELY. After a few minutes, my heart rate had returned to normal and I had calmed down for the most part. Thank you so much!
