Good side hustle

The apps interface works great, very smooth transitions, no issues with GPS, scans every package with no issue. Only issue is that the app doesn’t provide enough available routes to make this a viable gig for consistent income. Also these route GO VERY FAST almost instantly they are gone when loaded. If they had more routes available this would be a 5 star app for sure. The pay is decent but it’s should only be used as a side gig to your side gig if that make sense

Good App Driver Experience Needs Work

AxleHire seems to be moving in a good direction. They have good partners, especially with Hello Fresh. LAX seems to have ok opportunities. The routes seem very well planned and the app generally has all info needed such as access codes to enter units. Support is readily available. The driver experience is a huge opportunity. The system to get gigs is to create a ticket which according to the Languageer in the app “guarantees you a route”. The pay is always a variable. Say between 55-77, as an example. You won’t know what you are making until you get to pickup and are assigned a round. So you could end up with the lower end payment. Even worse at a moments notice they will cancel your ticket that was your guarantee to a route. There is a woman at the dispatch who has serious misconduct problems. I have never heard more cursing in my life and especially from a lady. I have never heard anyone speak like her ever in 25 of my professional years. There is a perception that warehouses have their preferred drivers however that’s not confirmed. I’m hoping they can coach the woman . Still I would recommend checking it out for yourself.

Not what it seemsMake sure you’re getting that 30 to 40 an hour I’m not

The box to be ratio is not right you will not get 30 to 40 hr .For some reason the algorithm will put you all the way out hour to 45 minutes away from your last stops it took me two hours almost on average every day to drop off two boxes at the end of my route it is a good way to make money I don’t give me wrong but you gotta keep track of what your book and yes if you have a big truck you can make some money

Beware with working for this company

Not even sure where to start I guess it would be they definitely lied about the pay for the job and on top of that they have instant pay but charge 10% from whatever u might be withdrawing so if u withdrawing $1000 their gonna take 100 mins u they literally force u to do instant pay since they take up to 2 weeks to pay u mind u if ur unable to deliver a package u won’t get paid til u return that package which means u could waste a couple more hours just tryna drop that package back off so instead of being payed for the time ur on the clock they only pay u per route u do no matter how long it takes and trust me they try to overwork u for those small payment also they claim to give gas subsidy’s but only give 50 cent per route which could range in a hr to 3 hrs of driving around not worth working with them I’m quitting as soon as my application gets approved with another job.

The Money isn’t adding up

I worked a hr for $55 dollars for local delivery, then the next day I ended up with a route tht another person couldn’t do and it was a 5 hr route for $135 the money is not adding up it should of been $55 for every hour like it was when I did $55 for tht one hr. They are ripping ppl off. Wake up ppl and pay attention, for those 5 hours it should of amounted out to be $275 instead of $135. They feel like we are desperate for it bc no one ever says anything about it or doesn’t look at it the way l do.. but if we all would stop accepting that then the company would have no choice but to pay us more bc the packages have to be delivered. So don’t accept $100 for 5 hours bc you are not tht desperate

I have to Admit

I’ve been with this company for a over a year and I’ve had no problems getting routes and making money via this company. It’s not a bad at all. Try it put see for yourself but I can’t complain.

Weekend Gig

Best opportunity to make extra cash. Recommend a sprinter van with refrigerant or a box truck with a refrigerant this type of vehicle will be worth it because it allows get a many you want. More route comes with 20 stops each route.

Worst company to drive for don’t waste your time

Previous driver for AxleHire they take advantage of their drivers much worse than Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Postmate and send you to places without consulting with customers of the area they live in putting more damage to your vehicle with dirty heavy boxes for less pay. They stuff you with 23-30 boxes and only paying you $3-$5 per box you deliver takes up 4-6 hours of your day if you return any box to them cause you can’t reach customer, gain access to their building or home or find their location they take that money off when you return it and have you driving 10-30 miles in between each delivery not to mention the 40-79 miles you have to drive to your first stop so you end up paying to put gas in your car drive all over the place just to only make that money back in their pay not to mention you have to pay tolls out your pocket to deliver their boxes. Don’t waste your time and damage your vehicle for this company they don’t even have a payroll nor paycheck dispute department it’s a bogus email they refer you for any dispute you’ll never get a response back.

Don’t hold your breath waiting

At the risk of losing a job I never got....It has been a week and a day since I was told by this company to download their app. And it has been a week since it has not worked. I tried to contact support a couple times and never got a response. I believe they are only collecting names and numbers. I suspect it is some sort of ploy to appeal to investors, as in yes, they can expand, look how many drivers they have on the books. Or maybe, it’s luck of the draw- if you are one of those people that happened to download a working version of the app, you’re hired! But, based on the other reviews I don’t think so. Anyway I give up. I am deleting the app and moving on.

Worst ever

The worst company I have worked in my life . Do you believe that you take the assignment which’s 22 Boxes or more from the warehouse all the way to another city , which’s one hour or hour and half then when you arrived you will be surprised 😮 that the assignment is not in your account anymore.😿support not respond even if they respond they will tell you oh sorry can you take it back to the warehouse!!!!!what!!! They don’t care about your time, they don’t care about your car ??? Are they know that’s illegal.
