Too bad for easy transactions

I haven’t received my withdrawal in my Mtn mobile money account, I’ve done everything possible but now good results.Now that I exchange my money for crypto and back with losses and even try to send money but it’s been processing for almost a day now Slow or no results is bad for business, better still app is very bad do not use

Trapping peoples money

If you’re in Nigeria this app is not for you cos they will wait until you’ve deposited before they tel you your money is frozen until you verify and when you try to do that it doesn’t work cos they don’t collect the form of Identification in Nigeria with is NIN. So my money is trapped with no way to withdraw unless I get another citizenship that will give me another means of identification lol. So 0 stars would have been preferable.
