Only one flaw
I love this app. There’s a great variety of art and the challenge is good but not frustrating hard. I even paid the $2.99 to get rid of ads. The one thing I find irritating though is the frames you open up to put the art work in. The frames don’t affect game play. You don’t have to use them at all unless you want to complete daily challenges and then you can reset them as well. However, they are HIDEOUS. I’m not talking Victorian gaudy. I’m talking Minecraft and My Little Pony. Those are not exaggerations. They are 2 of the frame themes. Barf. Are you seriously going to give us fabulous art and allow someone to put it in the most God awful frame. It’s a crime.
ART BLITZ WILL BLOW YOUR MIND
In my years of all the games I have played online or on a device, ART BLITZ has got to be the most fascinating game by far! All there is to solve it is to unscramble the blocks of rows and columns by moving the rows horizontally up and down in either direction, then vertically side to side in either direction until the bars of blocks lock into place! Much easier to start with the rows of blocks up and down, then go after the columns! It is a great stress reliever and in unison, it teaches you about the art world, different time periods and the works are beautiful, each piece with its own personality and history! I recommend ART BLITZ to anyone who has a love for fine art!
Saving our progress
Have had this app for many years. It is a very good app in and of itself. But there is one flaw, which I feel is an important one. It’s concerning the puzzles that have four quarters which join together to make one big picture, after completing all four sections. Once starting a puzzle, or completing one sections, two sections, etc if you have to go out of the puzzle, you have to start over completely. People owning this puzzle app, listen—really listen. These are real, normal people leading normal lives… most if us who have to pause for everyday normal daily duties, functions, family obligations. We may play the game off and on during the day when we have spare minutes/ time.. not being able to sit for hours straight. That’s wonderful for those who can. Please… please consider those of us who cannot. Truly, this can’t be too much to ask?? Thanks for your time and please reconsider.
Game tends to crash and not save the last level
I really enjoy the relaxing nature of this game and would love to give it 5 starts. However the game tends to crash randomly and if I were to go back into the game (either after a crash or if I turn it off for a bit to do something else) it makes me redo the last puzzle I did, which gets really frustrating after a bit. Not sure if either of those problems are a bug but those are what keeps me from giving a 5 star rating. Otherwise I love the game, love the different paintings used, and love how it gets challenging later on while still keeping a relaxing nature!
Limited Art Collection
I really enjoy this puzzle game. It’s relaxing and gives you all the titles of the paintings along with artist and date range. If you are an art student or lover, it’s fun to guess the painter before the puzzle is complete. I’m only giving this 3 stars however, because the art variety is decidedly lacking. You have the classics of course, Van Gogh, Renoir, Monet, Manet, etc. but these are just one genre of a vast education. I’m on level 90 and there have not been any Asian pieces, African, modern, etc. Where is Hockney? Or Warhol? Or Khalo? Where are the current pieces with artists that aren’t dead or white or male? I just think that if you create an art app, then there should be a larger variety of art than just Impressionism and still life. Some statues or sculptures would be fun to do, or even vases and jewelry. The sky is the limit.

Update: After a much needed bug fix, the game is now playable and I love it! The turnaround time on the developers’ side fixing the bug was also fantastic. Thanks for a great game!I haven’t been able to play the app - downloaded weeks ago and have been hoping for a bug fix, but every time I try to open the app I get a logo splash screen for 3 seconds and then it closes. A shame, since the ads make it look like a fun puzzle game
Ok game, terrible ads
Pretty decent game, but since all the puzzles are solved the same way, it quickly became simple to solve. The problem was the ads. The number were what I’ve come to expect on a ftp game. The issue was the nature of some of the ads. The content of several were definitely NOT “family friendly” (including language if you forget to turn off sound). Several even danced the line of soft porn. I was very glad that my young grandchildren weren’t around.
Great art puzzle app!
Art student here and the art selection is great. I love that it’s relaxing, interesting and the puzzle play is unique. Don’t listen to the whiners about ease of level. There’s plenty of hard puzzles out there to frustrate you if that’s your idea of game play. These same people will eventually complain it’s too hard then want to uninstall. This is for people who like art and enjoy relaxing with puzzles.The ads are so the workers behind this game can pay bills. You can look away for 30 seconds or shell out the money for the game like I did. It’s cheaper than a movie and lasts longer. DEVELOPERS: please include option to zoom in after finishing each puzzle. More levels too please!
Game disappears
I love this puzzle blitz. My problem with it is I will do a puzzle and before I can hit next or before next comes up for me to hit, it closes. I have to hit the app again which would be okay but I am doing the same puzzle I just finished. This doesn’t happen to any other app I have. It doesn’t need an update. I don’t mind doing the puzzle once or twice but when it gets to be 3 or 4 times I could scream Please help !!!
What’s up with the ads??
Ok so I was enjoying the game at first and didn’t bother with multiplying my coins with ads because I haven’t needed coins in games like this so whatever coins I get normally, I’m ok with. But then after I played a few levels it started forcing me to watch ads anyway and no extra coins. I don’t need the coins but if you’re gonna force me to watch the ad anyway, give me the coins too. Anyway, the ads are dumb. It’s just those ‘money making’ games that are total BS. Ooo play this game and make big money I’m talking real cash! ..no they don’t pay out like they claim. I wish more people would rate all those games 1 star so they would get taken off the App Store. These games make you think you’re gonna win money and then either they don’t let you get high enough to pay out or they just glitch and can’t pay out at this time try again later. 🙄 they are all just a scam!This game was fun at first (for like 5 min) but clearly it’s just another ‘game’ to advertise other ‘games’ that are all just scams.
