Where are the pics?

I picked a specific wallpaper and icons. Paid for it and can’t find the pics. Help! Or refund my money. I followed instructions and can’t find pics anywhere.

Poor

I paid 5.99 for a theme I didn’t use. The instructions are completely cut off in the instruction page so you have to guess how to set up. Background is grainy and not in high res for the iPhone screen. Very disappointed. Don’t understand how you cut off half a sentence of instructions on your consumers. Terrible customer service.
