*This isn’t a review, more of a telling of the story for those who want it*

A little girl and her grandfather, farmer brown live on a farm, but soon the her grandpa falls into heavy debt, and has to sell their farm. The landlord tries to take the hen and her chicks from the farm, but luckily the chicks escape, and their mother also does shortly after. But, now the hen is separated from her children, so she has to go on a journey to find each and every one of them. (Now is when you play levels 1-72).And finally after 72 levels the chickens are all reunited, together at last. But wait, because the hen has a 12 level dream where the horrors aren’t over yet, and she is still looking for her kids.(Levels 73-84). But then she wakes up from the dream and finds herself together with all of them. Overall I really love the game and think the plot line is really heartwarming and fun to play, also a side note is that I really want the developers to add a bigger storyline for farmer brown and the little girl.

Beautiful, challenging puzzles

Let me start this by saying that anyone who didn’t enjoy this game has zero patience and shouldn’t be playing this type of game, or puzzle games similar, anyways. This is such a beautiful game, great graphics and art, beautiful storyline and the puzzles are thought provoking, & I love how *if you’re stuck all you have to do is pause it and it shows you as much as you want to know of how to beat it* (so don’t know why some of the reviews are crying ab it being too hard? Bc some of it is about timing? 🤦🏻‍♀️ like I said, no patience), so if I’m only stuck to a point I can figure out the rest for myself or just show myself the entire answer. This game is beautifully written with amazing art and isn't too easy but isn’t too hard. It’s great for a relaxing game that still has a challenge. My only critique is that it shows the grandpa and little girl as apart of the story at the beginning and never really brings that any closure, but if you’re looking from the point of view you’re only worried about getting your babies back, it doesn’t really matter or hurt the story. Great game! Hope they add more puzzles! Maybe related to the grandfather and little girl bc they can totally go in and do that now. Also I loved how there were a few extra levels after you get your chicks back, definitely some of my favorite levels.

A delightful game!

I’m in love with the level designs. So many beautiful backgrounds full of vibrant colors! Not to mention, every single level is entirely unique from the rest. From a glittering dragon’s horde to a pastel-colored playground, from gorgeous forest landscapes to creepy alien nests, each and every one of the levels has wonderful colors, artwork, and unique puzzle obstacles. Every level has something new that keeps you guessing as to how to solve. Moving a little bit towards the solution each time I interact with one of the scenes feels like a little “aha!” goes off in my head. Even getting through some of the more frustrating puzzles by trying every possible solution feels gratifying. I’m a little disappointed that there’s only 72 levels, but nonetheless, I’m satisfied. One thing I would suggest is that when the chicken fails offscreen (transitioning between scenes), there should be an indicator that you’ve failed, like an icon.

I really want to like it

Love You to Bits is one of my all time favorite games of *any* platform. I’ve played it through a dozen times and my son finds it so soothing that watching me play can lull him right to sleep. This game however has the same spirit but much less enjoyability for me. The finicky timing and tiny round frames totally cancels out any serenity otherwise found in the beautiful graphics and music. And it seems so pointless since the story in this game would lend itself perfectly to the same structural format used in Love You to Bits. The vibrant colors and adorable animations are what make this particular creative studio so special. I think the developers and players alike got needlessly shortchanged with this game. Final grade: a mediocre C- following the absolute masterpiece that is Love You to Bits. ☹️

It gets annoying

This is one of those puzzle games where each level has different rules. For example, there is only one level with a fan in it. You have to figure out how to turn it on and what needs to be blown away. That is the fun part of it. The not-fun part is the timing. In the higher levels, you need split second timing to finish it, and that is so frustrating. I have spent way to long on levels where you have to activate a tile for 2.7 seconds, activate another title for 0.5 seconds, and then flip and activate a tile in 0.2 seconds, only to have everything fail because the first title was active for 2.6 or 2.8 seconds instead.I thought that perhaps my solution was wrong, but when I looked up a walkthrough, I could only find profanity laced videos. When reviews can’t avoid f-bombs, it’s time to stop playing.

Great But Not Perfect

I have enjoyed all of Alike’s games going back years. This is another fun game with a once again interesting and unique style of play. The only problem is when some levels veers away from puzzle game and into “jump at the exact right time” game, which I don’t care for. I’ve never enjoyed that style of game, which is why I chose a puzzle game instead of one of those in the first place. There’s nothing more frustrating than playing the same level over and over again because you can’t get the timing right. I hope Alike will continue to make wonderful games like this, and I hope when they do they leave the timing levels on the cutting room floor.

Successful second outing

"Bring You Home" was one of the most charming and imaginative games I played last year, so I was thrilled when I heard the same studio would be releasing a new game on Apple Arcade. "All of You" does not disappoint. It exemplifies the whimsical and beautiful art, engaging musical score, and creative game mechanics that the studio is known for. This time, they've raised the stakes by introducing a novel and mind-bending new dimension to gameplay: manipulating time. The game’s 70+ bite-sized puzzles are addicting, sometimes very challenging, and immensely satisfying when solved. My only critiques would be the occasional bug that comes from playing v1.0 (others have mentioned the erratic achievements; once I watched the chicken disappear between bubbles and never reappear) and the difficulty sometimes approaching nuclear levels of frustration (as in #62 - even once you understand the puzzle, it seems to require a minor miracle to solve). But in my opinion these are vastly outweighed by the game’s many successes. Can’t wait to see what Alike brings us next!

Very pleasant game, may be lacking some controller support

I love this game. The music and art are very pleasant, and the puzzles are very enjoyable. I really like the gameplay and how intuitive everything is. Each of the puzzles introduce a new concept or variation on a previous puzzle, which keeps the game fresh and keeps you on your toes. Overall the game is a pleasant experience and definitely worth trying out. From what I can tell though, I don't think you can fully play the game with a controller. I tried playing with a PS4 controller, and while most things work, I am not able to drag circles to switch their positions. Not sure if I am doing something wrong or if the control is not mapped to anything.

Sooo funny

I enjoyed “bring you home” more but this was certainly clever and entertaining. Level 61 was pretty frustrating - I’ve always been terrible at “jump at the right time” games but that was really the only one that I found annoying. Most of the levels are more about thinking it through and watching to see what happens. I found myself laughing at my failures - this could also be called 70-some ways to kill a chicken lol. My 6 year old loved watching me play and while very perceptive he didn’t have the patience to play through many levels on his own. Overall a solid arcade game with a sense of humor for older kids/adults. Thanks for making this! (I saw a comment about being stuck on 62. You want to get the chicken to swap cars :-)

Middle of the Road

I’ve really loved this devs previous puzzle titles but this one had me more frustrated with working out timing than it did with solving a puzzle. There have been a number of puzzles that see you trying to start a circle and stop them almost immediately afterwards. One mess up in timing means starting all over again. Two in particular, one with a monster hanging in the top middle, and another involving a lot of ledges you don’t want to hit, are far too finicky and frustrating. I had figured out the “puzzle” fairly quickly but failed on it repeatedly because elements were a fraction of a second off from each other, or because the trajectory I was expecting was just thrown off by a hair in the transition between sections. I’ve also had my Achievement notifications for clearing level 15 and 30 keep popping up after finishing every single level. A bug I feel like I’ve seen a lot in arcade games. Overall, I like the art, the animations are cute, but the completion of a puzzle can sometimes be infuriatingly frustrating long after you’ve solved what needs to happen. There needs to be better mechanics for control of the elements when tight timing windows or very precise interactions need to happen.
