This app gives you the flexibility to set your own weekly goals for health that adjust daily. The best way to measure progress, even if you have an easy day.

Excellent app ..

Great app, but would love to see totals along with averages for the week. I set my goal based on total workout hours per week rather than an average time per day.

Downloaded this app a week ago & it’s still loading!

As above I choose this app because my old activity app is always so inaccurate on everything.. I downloaded this app at least a week or so ago and it’s still downloading my history!? Says it takes awhile well I’m done waiting..Bye bye

Quite Impressed.

Very impressed by this app. I love being able to see all of my Activity history since 2016. The trends were very telling. Looking forward to seeing Apple Watch Complications in the future

Great app for setting workout goals!

I really like getting the notifications when I meet my daily and weekly workout goals. If you like to track your workout data this is the app for you!

Great option when you take a lazy day.

I love that I can track activity over the week for weekly goals and be able to account for it when I take a day off. Only wish is that I could have goals set to be a rolling 7 days rather than Monday to Sunday only.

The best I’ve seen
