Game has changed

I have played this game for a number of years now. Up until now I have been able to maintain an average of 220+. I even had a couple of 300 games. However after the most recent update, I’m barely able to break 150.What has worked in in the past (angle, spin on the ball etc) does not produce the same results as before. Also, previously when a pin was barely moved after the first ball, it would remain standing but now, if it’s moved a little it’s counted as a downed pin. It’s just not as realistic as before.

Not happy been playing for more than 20yrs?

I see you fixed the ghost pins and thank you.but I also noticed you change the strike zone? I would ave 230 then once in a while get perfect score !! Know can’t get over 190 you changed a fun game to a frustrating game it sure is funny how you can get a strike on the first throw the 2&3 maybe get a spare !! There got to be thousands of other players filling the same? and we can’t check and see are total score!! The position of over all statues I was somewhere around 460 something, I don’t remember the total of pins ? why have changed the game your gold coins not a challenge!! I have sent Emails several times and got no response!! Is this what you think of the people that download your apps!! If there were any better bowling apps out !! a lot bowling fans would be moving on!! I myself have been a loyal supporter more 20yr’s 5 to 6 different phones? I’m frustrated no one has taken the time and listen to your multiple supporters out there!!🤨

Where's My Stuff

Liked this game a lot when I first got it on my iPad 2. I had bought new balls and had about maybe five or six, and then I decided to buy the iPad Air and downloaded the game to it thinking I would still have all the balls I had bought. DIDN'T HAPPEN! I had to start from scratch all over again so I decided to NOT spend any money on the game this time and that's why I rated it 3 stars.

Favorite game, but crashed

This is my favorite game and I have played it for two years. Moved up the leaderboards which was fun. Today it froze and I had to delete it and reload from the App Store. I still have my positions on the leaderboards, but that is also frozen and I have to start over with my new scores not being added to the leaderboards. Attempted to email the developer but no such address found. Frustrating. Still enjoy this game and wish this could be fixed.

Pretty good

Game is pretty good & fun but if you're going to charge for all the balls & lanes you need to make collecting coins available for all games. Like when you're playing against the opponent you should be able to earn coins for those games as well. Also, maybe earn extra coins for games bowled over average or high scores and/or 300 games. This would make the game sweet.

Glitchy

I have tried several times to write a review but nickname taken and I have to start over. Why doesn't this save the text I just wrote and allow to select new nickname? Sheesh! Ok just believe me the game has glitches. I found sometimes when I finish bowling a frame it is suddenly my turn again and the frame already has pins down and it is the second ball. Oh and it bowls the first throw badly, maybe 3 pins down. Look at opponent previous frame and the glitch put on 0-0 or no pins for his frame. Level 13 and suddenly I am bowling like crap (where I may have previous average of 250). And the opponent (usually the 10-year old kid) is bowling a near-perfect 279. REALLY? Game is definitely skewed. Better if bugs worked out and it played "fair."

Glitchy and Inaccurate

The ball doesn’t always go where you swipe it and sometimes when you swipe it diagonally it goes in a straight line instead of a curve. And the pins don’t fall as they should. Some pins when hit slide on the alley but are still standing when in reality those never would have still been standing. Then some pins are still standing after a bowl but when the ball comes back to bowl the second time the pins are gone. Weird!

Very enjoyable game

I enjoy every aspect of this game except for one minor issue. When I play game after game after game into rise in the ranks of my competition if I leave for a few minutes or go do something else I have to start from scratch again. It would be very nice and helpful if it could retain where you were when you left.

Nice Bowling Game

Really nice graphics. Reasonable and realistic physics of actual bowling. Simple ball control, and ability to score like a real bowling alley. If you achieve the same point of impact you will get the same result each time, unlike some games. For a free simulation this very good, and they don't continually pester you to purchase something. Of course in guy purchases are there if you want them. Well done.

Addiction has limits

Recently without warning the game suddenly got harder to play. That seemed to follow a sudden increase in potentially-annoying full screen ads and animated commercials.I had been enjoying Action Bowl 2 as a relaxing end-of-day kind of Zen experience. Now I find it an annoying fight to roll a strike. There are no settings for difficulty level.The pin animation is great on this game. The sounds can be intrusive; I turn them down. The music is completely without use, and that I mute.
