No sound

Like others, the app has no sound when you touch the keyboard. Seriously, aren't these tested?

Hidden gem

As another reviewer said, this appears to be a legit hidden gem. Not sure whether or had issues previously or if prior reviewers just didn’t know how to use it but as of this posting, it’s a fully operational synth, piano roll, sequencer with a lot of mod options!Huge pleasant surprise. I’m stoked to see what all it can do it looks fairly deep honestly. My only knock so far is screen size. Needs to be resized so it fits modern iPads.

Doesn't work, no sound

I wanted to give it zero stars but that isn't possible. There is no sound when I use this app. No sound means that it is a 4 dollar ripoff, I feel like an idiot for buying this app. I plan on emailing the developers about this. There is an outside chance that this is just a fluke and I am making a mistake but i don't imagine that is the case. People shouldn't sell things that don't work, I hope this warns potential customers, and I hope this issue is resolved I was excited at the prospect of having a sequencer like this on my phone but was let down.

Hidden gem?

Cool app featuring a digital synth and a piano-roll style sequencer. Works for me on 6th gen iPod Touch. Controls are easy enough to work out if you are familiar with DAWs. App is geared to those who want to build a track up from a sine wave level.

Great app but needs an update!

This app is incredible, works great, but its time for an update. It's needs to be updated for iPhone 5 and it definitely needs multitasking. Although this app hasn't been updated in forever so I'm not getting my hopes up.

sUPER GOOD

I’ve bin looking 2 years for a 8bit music maker this is literally the BEST ONE YET. I know a lot of people will complain about this but I think it’s really good. this app has been here for over a decade I think its good the way it is.

Decent App, But Needs Improvement

The app is great for composing 8-bit sound tracks, but why do the tracks always stop and restart at 16 measures when played back?

No Sound

iPod Touch 4gIOS 5.1.1App version 2.0.1So far no sound at all. Tried reinstalling and rebooting to no effect. Stay clear until an update resolves the issue. Until then, one star is all I can give.

PSG and SSG vintage voices are revived here and their nostalgic electric sounds are able to be simulated with iPhone/iPodTouch. The Sequencer part uses general Piano Roll Screen.

It has been adjusted for Multi-Touch function of iPhone/iPodTouch to compose songs with fingertip easily. To operate Sound Changer properly, Synthesizer parts consist simple form of Knobs, Switchs, Sliders for easy understanding. You can find the most suitable to learn the basic device of the synthesizer here. >> Synthesizer Monophonic 1 oscillator or LowBitNoise. LFO Envelope HiSpeed Arpeggiator >> Sequencer Edit With Truck manager on Sequencer screen, Composing is easy with Piano Roll format. In addition, Voice Change is equipped to produce different Voices in the song. 4 trucks are the maximum limit. >> Voice Edit The nostalgic sounds can be created here by turing knobs and operating sliders on Synthesizer screen. In 8Bitone, a group of values which are set on the Synthesizer screen is called “VOICE”. Each one song can contains up to 128 Voices. In addition, playing with keyboard on the bottom of the screen can be enjoyable too. Move the wheel to control the Pitch. >> Edit Controller Edit Controller on the screen right side will show 3 types of monitor. Selection is operated by touching each of the monitor`s name. >> Transcontroller PLAY, STOP, COPY, PASTE, DELETE function for songs are performed in the Transcontroller. In 8Bitone, Transcontroller will be turned on with TCR button of the screen upper part.
