Key Responsibilities

  • Craft and implement strategic sales initiatives to meet growth objectives in the enterprise sector

  • Spot, engage with, and finalize agreements with major enterprise clients

  • Develop and nurture strong connections with C-level executives and key stakeholders

  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and market trends

  • Guide negotiations and oversee intricate sales processes involving multiple stakeholders

  • Deliver precise sales forecasts and reports to executive management

  • Represent Qonversion at industry events and conferences to boost brand visibility

Who you are

  • 5+ years of relevant B2B SaaS sales experience

  • Ability to speak and write English fluently

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets

  • Experienced in managing complex and competitive sales cycles

  • Proficient with CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred)

  • Strong business acumen and professional demeanor

  • Deep understanding of the SaaS and subscription management landscape

  • Skilled at building and nurturing relationships with stakeholders across all organizational levels

  • Driven, with a resilient and positive attitude
