Spotlight Is A Great Story Game

The title gives it away. Spotlight is a very good game and similar to most story games as well. I find Spotlight another version that’s better than Episode. Obviously, Episode has been around for more time and is used by most readers as well, but nonetheless to say, Spotlight should be the highlight now. Spotlight really has no issues at most. It’s really entertaining, keeps me at my edge to keep going and I find the ads that you have the choice to skip, splendid. The only minor issue Spotlight can have are the diamonds. I have no issues with the diamond’s whatsoever, the diamonds are only used for the stories choices and sometimes we should be given the option to choose choices that don’t really need diamonds, or at least make them cheap. I’m glad that at least in the end of a chapter you get a diamond and three bonus diamonds. Overall, the app itself, is great and amazing. Keep doing a great job and continue making stories! 💗

Pretty good game but..

I like this game, it has customization options (not a ton like episode does), but still good! I just wish that.. For one: not so many diamond options in just ONE chapter.& For two having the options truly impact everything, to the point that you can’t even get an ending you want! If you don’t spend the diamonds, then you can’t even get to see different things, pick a different “fate”,that part isn’t fair, I think the diamond option for things should be way lower than what they are. I say this because there are not any options to watch ads for these diamonds, you just get to claim your daily diamonds, but that is not much at all! The only other option would be purchasing diamonds, which a few are cheap, and then some of its truly high. It just like jumps from a cheap options, (to buy diamonds or hearts), then to really expensive options. I understand that money is needed to keep the game going/funded, but having so many diamond choices in one episode & having each choice be a lot, considering we only get ONE diamond after completing a chapter, is not okay.. It like makes you not want to play sometimes , because of all the diamonds that are basically required to be able to have what you truly want as a choice. Other wise I do love playing the game, but I think a lot of what I stated should be considered.

Could be 5 ⭐️s if…

I have many story/choices apps and love 💚almost all of them; yet, there are some improvements I’d like to suggest that would make rating this app 5 ⭐️s a no-brainer 🧠! Since there are numerous other apps and sites that offer free titles to read, it’d definitely give a competitive edge if more ways to earn diamonds 💎 were available. I understand to be able to offer this game for free, advertisements and incentives for in app purchases are a must. However, I also spend most of my time in the apps that are more generous with game currency, in turn, I’m much more likely to spend money on memberships, ad removals and/or in-game currencies, with the apps that give me more reason to stay there, lol! Also, although I do enjoy 😊 stories with animations, the ones on this app are ever so slightly juvenile, reminding me much of those in Episode. It would seem to me, as fully grown woman, that you would catch a more vast audience if more adult themed stories were offered, not erotica necessarily, but genres beyond young adult. With all that said, I’ve so far enjoyed the experience offered from your game and am impressed with the audio track and well written material I’ve perused thus far. Thanks 😊 for the opportunity to give some feedback and providing another outlet with which to immerse myself in flights of fancy and the creations of the imagination! New Ideas and Tiny Glitch?

I love the game, it’s a great alternative to episode but there’s a couple suggestions i would like to make.I believe you guys should have a game to earn diamonds instead of buying it. I’ll give you a couple reason why. We only get 2 diamonds from each chapter we read. We get at least 10 diamonds if we do a task from the list which takes time. We can claim one diamond at a time from a 30 second video. If you guys had a game, people wouldn’t spend money on it etc. A couple suggestions for a game is like, match these, figure out the problem, something simple but not too simple. And each game will have a couple few levels at least 10-15. So if they finish the whole game itself. They’ll have to wait at least an hour to play it again and earn diamonds. Because some of your premium choices are 15 or higher. Knowing that not everyone gets that much diamonds on a daily basis. Your lowest option was 8 diamonds. Like i said it’s a suggestion to have people enjoy the game more and be able to choose the best options without spending money on it. I don’t know if it’s a glitch for me but i don’t receive daily diamonds anymore.

Much Needed Improvements

I like the stories in the app. However, the diamonds earned to diamonds spent ratio is way off. An outfit shouldn’t cost 19-23 diamonds and a premium choice from 12-23 diamonds, that’s ridiculous! There are a few stories that reward diamonds throughout the chapters; there should be more of those. I do like that some stories give you the option to watch ads in order to claim a premium choice, but every time I do that it freezes my phone and I end up having to close the app down and reopen it only to have to watch 12 more ads for it to work and be able to pick the choice. There are also a TON of grammar errors throughout the app and the stories. Unfortunately, since reading is a huge part of the experience is does tend to take away from the enjoyment. Another downside is the choices provided. If you don’t have money to buy diamonds then you are left with horrible choices and outfits. It’s all or nothing when it comes to the choices. It’s sad because you’re literally telling your users that if you can’t afford to spend money on diamonds then you don’t deserve decent choices. I will give it another month to see if there is an update and some changes. If not I will probably take my money elsewhere. The glitches, ad errors, horrible free choices, grammar errors, and the app constantly freezing up my phone aren’t worth the money or the hassle. You need to fix things.

Loveeeee it but little suggestions

I love spotlight it’s just like episode it’s Greta in my opinion but I do have some complaints / suggestions. First of all the chapters are too expensive there are close to 20 gemstones at least put them at max 8-10. 2nd of all when we have the options on what to say to somebody the best choice is only able if you pay, and when I don’t have enough of the gemstones it takes me to a place where I have to pay real US dollars to get more, what I would like is an option to see an ad for more gemstones. Which takes me to my last complaint / suggestion when we go into the next chapter I mentioned that you have to pay like 15 gemstones we’ll the option the to watch an add is like 30 second add that just gets you 1 single gemstone and that really frustrating if you want to get to the next chapter . Overall please fix all of this to make the game better and great Thank you

The game is good but inclusivity

This game is good, the resemblance to Episode is big but personally I like it more. There are a lot more restrictions in episode on when you can change the character, where in Spotlight your given the opportunity to make a character for every story you chose to play, I like that a lot. Other than the issue everyone is talking about with the diamonds, I have a much bigger issue that needs instant fixing, in fact it made me not play anymore. This issue is no inclusivity. When I play episode, with every story I am able to choose my love interest(gender I prefer to date that is) while in Spotlight I tried many stories, and I mean many, none of which included anything but the option to date males. It really is bad and I uninstalled the game because of it. I want to be able to enjoy stories and be able to connect with them, and when the only gender I can date is male, I instantly just don’t want to play the story anymore. Please fix this as soon as you can because I think for other thing s that are not the two mentioned, personally speaking it has the potential to be the best on the platform. Also let me know if there in fact is a feature to change the gender preferences because maybe I haven’t been able to find it. Thank you

Great game

First off I just want to say, thank you for not having any adds. In Episode and other games there are constantly adds, so when I downloaded this are realized there weren’t any I was so happy. On that note, I would like to recommend community stories. Community stories is where readers make there own and share them in the app. It would add so much to the app and the community. Besides that please don’t get adds, and don’t make new readers play a certain amount of stories to unlock everything. Those were major problems with Episode and they were the reasons I left. I want to say that the chat on every story is fun, I love to read them and see what people think. Overall I want to say that this is a great game that I would definitely recommend.

Hm… idk

I have to say I really enjoy the storylines and characters created by the artists but… why are there such bad options for people who don’t have the diamonds. I don’t think it’s fair to people who don’t want to spend the money on this app. And all the diamonds are so expensive. And all the choices are super expensive. I don’t know if it’s worth it but I like reading them.Update: I only played the story that it started you on when you first open the app that doesn’t give you the option to watch ads to chose the diamond choice. I still think the amount of ads on the app are just insane. I did try to purchase the VIP pass but it just loaded for what felt like days so I’d close the app and try again. I tried that a few days in a row but still never loaded so I couldn’t get the VIP pass. I do like the app and the stories. But again, the options that you get that aren’t diamond options are just terrible… the clothing, for example, you could have a good option and the rest beautiful options that you can purchase with diamonds, instead it’s mismatched clothes or something elegant. It’s like an all or nothing even with the choices. That I would love to see change in the app. Thank you.

Wish this app was more updated and didn’t cost so much

We need more stories the hot romance novels will attract many many people to download and play but you can’t expect people to pay 23 gems for a single choice that is beyond ridiculous and on top of that with or with making the paid choice the story still need to come together and make sense. The characters need to be more attractive for one for to we need spicy, unexpected turn of events, surprises, detailed entanglements without have to pay constantly. If you want to make a 1st choice reading app y’all really need to put more efforts into attracting people I love the fact it’s animated and we can choice the main characters facial features and hair but we need more options the hair styles are aweful or outdated the clothing needs updated and we need to be able to do as much with our co main characters appearances to full engage ourselves with the characters and story like. Top rated novels are bad boys and girls and mobs, suspense, sexy, sensual, detailed, the more you make us want to be the main characters the more you will attract a huge audience
