I love your app so much. The reason why I absolutely love your app is because I am lazy and sometimes I am so lazy that I don't want to get up to even get the remote. Another reason why I love your app is because my remote broke into pieces. We fixed it but we could not higher the volume because that was the whole reason why my remote broke. But, with this app, I can higher the volume because without this app, I don't know what I would do without this app. Thank you!!!! 💖your app!!!! ❤️💖
Works great
App works great. I’ve only had a couple small but annoying issues. 1-Almost every time I use the keyboard to type something in it always shows up twice on the tv, and sometimes it screws up searches and you have to be careful if your typing in usernames and/or passwords. And 2-Each time I want to connect to the TV I have to dig out the original remote to give the app permission to connect to it. (I’m sure that’s an issue wit the TV software, but annoying nonetheless) other than those couple of issues I enjoy the app.
Smart Remote for Samsung TVs
My app does not work all the time, for starters.I REALLY wish the app would allow me to select different sources, because:A. The buttons on the remote that came with my TV are too small and too close together.B. The buttons on the remote that came with my TV are not illuminated, causing me to frequently choose the wrong button in the darkC. The buttons on the app are easy to see, but because the source button is not offered, I have to have the TV remote beside me even when I use the app.D. My cable service is Comcast, and they offer a slick voice-operated remote. That device sometimes does not understand my choices, but it is improving. Still, it will not allow me to select different sources on the Samsung TV. So that’s two remotes that I need in addition to the Smart Remote App.E. I have a Blu-Ray disc player. The App does not provide any control over my player. That’s three remotes plus your app.You can see a pattern here. Study Sony remotes to improve your product.

The connectivity issue has definitely improved. I just wish we could use it to actually turn the TV on. I also think the UI could be a little more organized. But overall I am satisfied. I purchased the features and have been satisfied since. They are constantly updating it better.One thing I would love to see is an Apple Watch app for it. It would be very convenient to control the TV from my Apple Watch as well
Great app
Finally, a Samsung smart tv app that works even after you’ve turned your TV off and back on again, even the next day. You don’t have to “allow” all over again with an actual remote as you do with every other app I’ve tried. Granted, you have to buy the premium app for this to be true, but I promise you, it’s well worth $3.99. And for that you can use the app on more than one device, I have it on my Ipad as well as my iPhone. Highly recommend this app.
Paid for pro
So I’ve had this remote for a year and a half which has been great for when we misplace our tv remote. I paid for pro and it worked for a year and a half but now all of a sudden it wants me to pay for pro again. I don’t use it that often but it’s a little upsetting it’s wanting me to pay again. Not sure If I’m going to, or if Ill just end up just uninstalling it. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for that

So much better
I usedanother Samsung remote app and paid $6.99 to remove the ads and it never worked! It would disconnect from the WiFi while using it and constantly. It is sad because before the updat it wasn’t like that. I paid the $3.99 for this and it is a dream!! So many options And features and never disconnects while using. Sometimes cheaper is better!!!
WiFi connectivity problems
The app is a life saver since we have misplaced the remote for our Samsung TV. A big issue I have with this application after two days of using it that it interferes with the WiFi at home. It slows down tremendously other applications from using the WiFi. I have to reset my phone, or reset the remote control application. Or turn off the WiFi and go on data when I want to use another application. It is a big inconvenience at times.
Let me power on the TV
I purchased this app, its handy when the remotes are temporarily lost or distant. The thing I hate most is when just opening the App to use on one tv powers on a tv in a different room. It is frustrating to often find the other tv on, just because I opened the app.Kindly remove this auto-power-on feature so I chose when to power a tv on or off. Your app does not have a settings section where one can select their preferences. Kind of useless from that simple perspective.
