I’ve used this app several times and it has been very useful. Still don’t have the hang of the sliding thing, but it’s great for small measurements.
I love this app and it theoretically should work well. The settings button for reference objects is broke so you can’t change anything. This would be an automatic 5 star but that won’t happen until it’s fixed.
Only app I’ve found that allows you to measure something in an existing photo, extrapolating based on a known value. Place one set of arrows on something that is known(the 17” rim on your car) and stretch the other from bumper to bumper, to find the length. Or put one arrow on yourself, input your height, and the second arrow can be used to measure other people or objects in the photo. Very happy with this app!
I can never find a ruler when I need one, so having this app to estimate the size of jewelry components is truly golden.
When I open the feature to use a picture to measure from a known reference object it won’t let me go into the settings to change the reference from a quarter. I’m stuck with a quarter which isn’t helpful when I have a known measurement for something in the picture that I wish to use. Please fix this or tell me how to get it working
This app does not work. $.99 waste. I purchased this app to help with a simple square measurement of a table top. The upgrade was a joke. You need to use one of the default references. Who has time for all of that? Simple units of measurement. Is that too much to ask for?🤨🧐
I cannot figure out how to use this app. Tape measure is fine until your finger hits the end. How do you go past that? If you lift your finger to move back away from tape to continue at the other end the tape jars. I have no idea what is meant by a quarter reference how do you do that. Help
Can’t use measuring tool, the reason I purchased this.
Relative reference with reference options. This little app is quite accurate and constructively flexible, especially when accuracy is desired for your smaller items. Whether measuring for accurate fit or just comparing the size of “pocket items“, this ruler will do the trick and save your results in contrasting colors to your photos.
I paid for Ruler Pro to avoid the ads cut the Pro version shows something 3 inches long to be 2 inches long. The worst part is that when I tried to contact the developer the link was a dead link. The free version is accurate but the paid version looks like the ruler is stretched.
