Good app just need safe the city names on search line not writing every time need to search for same city My issue with the app showing my company scores move very slow

Great rates but not able to book

2 issues • when ever I try to buy the load I never receive a confirmation and it’s always given to someone else • I received a big ding on my carrier rating because it said I was late to a shipper when I wasn’t and have proof. I was using the app & diligently reporting my arrival and departures from the shipper and receiver. When I tried bringing issue I never received a response.

I had a lot of trouble with tracking the load, I had to turn off the app every time because every time I opened it to check the follow-up I appeared that I was on tracking off

Pay to Factoring

My only issue is with payment. My last 2 invoices took 88 plus days to pay . My factoring company was holding over $2,000 of my invoices due to aging invoices from XPO. After serval emails and phone calls . I was able to expedite the payment. I will continue to work with Xpo in future based on point of contacts and assured me if I run across this issue in future reach out to upper management point of contact . Thanks for resolution.,

Driver/ Dispatcher

I’m enjoying the load board and I really enjoy this tracking app. It’s on point because I can relay update my status while in route to my destination and that eliminates hold time on phone calls. Thank youTahj Trucking
