I gave a four star rating because , today I decided to shop for phone cases when I opens it I went and clicked on phone cases it said , please remove the filters even tho I had no filters it did that for every single one so I finally got disappointed and restarted my iPhone, nothing 😞 . I DELETED the app and it did not work . Also I cleared all my apps INCLUDING Claries , nothing ! I am wondering does anyone else have this problem ? Other than that I think it is an amazing app ! I love to shop and don’t go to Claries often . I really hope this bug gets fixed in the next update! One more thing this did not happen until I got iOS 14 . Maybe that is why .

This is my best day ever!!!

I was looking for the mini vending machine thing and I saw it on thousands of videos and still have not found it so I hope that soon I can find it on this but they have so much Awsome items 10/10 would use every day I think this is better than we’re I shop because a lot of times my stuff gets refunded and I’m so obsessed with this store!! Im a mini collector and I love all the items… you should download this I would recommend this appFor those of you that love to collect stuff!!

Wishlist Issue

Hello! I’m really glad Claire’s has an app and all but there is a really annoying problem with the app. I can’t add anything to my wishlist! I read other reviews to make sure I wasn’t the only who has this happening to them and what I thought was…actually true, other people have written reviews as well complaining about this wishlist problem and as well as not being able to order anything. I hope you guys can fix this problem cause I have made other accounts too and it still does the same thing and tells its “unable to update my wishlist”. I would be very glad for you guys to fix this whenever you can :)Actually like please fix this right away, many people have been asking things and no one is replying and aren’t fixing it.

4 star but........

I have been shopping because well I’m board well during COVID-19. It was great until everything went out of stock like all the items I checked every single category Claire’s if your reading this please try to fix it because I love your jewelry and accessories idk what happend with the app! But I love it still! Ok same person here I’m something was just wrong with my iPhone sorry I didn’t know but I love everything so five star! Alright I’m back again and nothing is in my cart! But it’s ok

I hate it!!

I hate this app every time I try to add things to my wishlist it says “unable to update wishlist” like what? You guys need to fix that, I love shopping at Claire’s but it’s like the app is annoying. Also every time I log in and I go out of the app it logs me back out, and I’m frustrated with logging back in just let me stay in!! And the wishlist thing you guys need to fix, I love putting things in my wishlist for Christmas but you guys seem that you don’t want me to. Please fix it!! But I do love shopping at Claire’s the store it self is amazing and I love the accessories!

So cute!! But...

Ok, when I want to shop at Claire’s, I go to my closest one. However, it isn’t exactly “close.” It’s 30 minutes away! I either had to go on the website, or drive all the way to Claire’s if I wanted to browse or know the best deals. That’s why I got this app on my phone. It was so cute! I saw every deal, had Claire’s rewards, etc. I could even call my Claire’s and have them put stuff on hold for me. I was really excited, but I noticed that things in the store were not on the app. I really like to purchase glue-on faux nails at Claire’s, but a lot of the ones I saw in the store were not on the app. This happened to me with a lot of things, like pens and notebooks, hair things, or jewelry. It was so wired. Plus, each time I went to Claire’s, they signed me in to Claire’s rewards on the app, and then the next day it would be GONE!! Is anyone else having this problem?

Umm 😬

This app is overall amazing, but u may know that the shopping feature isn’t good by all the reviews. I don’t really online shop, but my only problem is the lag issue. Every time I enter the app I press shop now Bc I didn’t sign up yet. I have to press it about 8 times until it opens. I scroll down and it gets me back to the page on the top screen. I try and try but it doesn’t work when i scroll down. I try to press shop now on the home menu. Yes, it does bring me to the screen but then it immediately gets back to the home page. It takes me about 15 minutes for everything to start working correctly. The app is still super good. I always loved shopping at Claire’s. But this is just a heads up. 👌

Best app for your kids but a lot of money

My kid loves shopping at claims but sometimes we can’t always find what we need but that’s only if we don’t know what the name of the item is they have really good air piercing to I have got my ear pierced there before and they have the best so I promise five stars is what you will get when you go anywhere but first if you don’t like it or you just want to know the ratings you can look on the website or you can look on yelp or Google for the ratings

Frustratingly simple

I was happy to see an app because I erroneously presumed I would be able to quickly make a purchase. The app was easy to navigate but the products lacked adequate descriptions and multiple ways the product could be used. There was only one picture and a short blurb about the item. There were no reviews from past customers about the items. The app also lacked a lot of the inventory usually found in Claire’s. The “You might want to consider this” section was mostly unrelated to the item of interest. Instead of skin adhesive or makeup primer being recommended to go with Unicorn Dust, a hair scrunchy, coin purse and other non related were listed. In fact, there was no skin adhesive or primer available that wasn’t a part of a separate makeup kit. It makes no sense to sell the glitter and mermaid scales and not offer something to adhere it to the body. Perhaps that’s why they had to pair slippers and coin purses with Unicorn Dust.

Poorly Designed :(

I couldn’t find any place to write in to customer service on the app or website so this is the only way to reach out to you. My niece loves Halloween and I tried, unsuccessfully, to buy some jewelry for her on your website and no matter how many times I hit “place order” the screen didn’t budge or show an error message. It just sat there. After several attempts I gave up. Due to the poor quality of your website I’ve successfully purchased somewhere else. I work in financial tech, my advice to you is hire a marketing and development team who knows how to properly make a website. Also respond to your reviews, it makes a difference. It’s extremely frustrating that there’s no notification of why I can’t place an order. It appears I checked all the boxes but if there’s something I missed, your system needs to notify its customers. I just sat there playing a guessing game until I got annoyed enough to give up. If your features are restricting me from buying from you guys, I wonder how many other people gave up on it today. Best of luck.
