Ads won’t close!
I paid for no ads, but still get ads when I want an extra “test tube” to drop balls in. I get that, but some of the ads Will Not Close! So I must close and reopen the app, to get rid of the ad. The stupid fish game ad is one of them, and some item sorting ad, to name a couple, and it’s gone on for more than a few weeks now. After watching the ad, there is no X to close the ad, I get an arrow, or the option of clicking done, but these still don’t close the ad. Please fix this! Still having same problem. The dang ad with the pac-man looking thing crashes game and ad wont close. Sometimes I try to get an extra tube by watching an ad, but the ads won’t always open either. I get fed up with it and just quit.
There is no “just a quick game”
Just like any game…as you move further along…the game becomes more challenging. I do believe it’s official…I am addicted to this. The kind of addiction where the last thing you remember is eating breakfast and now it’s 2000 and haven’t eatin’ since. It’s easy to get mentally lost playing the game. Having some cognitive issues…I find this to be a great way to exercise my brain. I lost track at how many times I have said “just one more”
Good news, bad news…
Well, the game itself is fun and addictive. At first just the ads were annoying, I thought about buying the ad free version, but I am glad I didn’t. I reached level 120, and the game got glitchy. But the time I got to 124, I can’t even play. Between the lag, the ads, and having to open and close the app, I am giving up. I think the game may be causing my phone to slow down on just about everything. I hate to do it, but I think I will be deleting the app. It was fun, and had it not bugged out, I would have bought the ad free. But not being sure if that would solve the lag issues.
Not fun anymore
Why does the game show a white background in the App Store but not after you get the game? I’d prefer the white background. Is level 50 supposed to be only the top row of balls in color & the others all gray with question marks? Is this a glitch or is this intentional? It ends up being just guessing if you can’t see what you’re working with. The ads are outrageous, & the “go back a few moves” feature never works, it’s just more ads. This used to be my favorite game, even with having to double click my home button (iPhone 8) in order to swipe up & restart the game to avoid the ads. But since the question marks appeared, the game is useless. I suggest the developers look at & fix these issues.
TOO MANY ADS!!!
This is the first time I have taken the time to review an app. I used to really enjoy this game. When I first started playing I paid for no ads. Over the last few months, I’m assuming after the last update, there is an ad every time you use one of the rewind buttons. Previously you got 5 rewinds before you had to watch an ad. Now the ads go on immediately. You used to be able to turn off the volume of the ads. Now you cannot turn off the volume. And it takes 5 tries to exit, even after watching for the full countdown. Did I mention I paid for Ad free???Being forced to watch the same ads over and over and over again have rendered the app way too frustrating, more so because this used to be one of my favorite games.
I loved it until….
I loved this game. It was so simple but addicting and helped satisfy my need to organize things. I even did something I never do, which is pay to remove ads. But that was a bit deceptive because it only removed some of them, which is annoying. Still, I played all the time and just kept the volume off and ignored the ads until they were over because I loved this game. At level 1165 the other day it suddenly changed and now it’s a bunch of invisible balls and not at all what I wanted. So I thought, okay, fine. I’ll just reset it and start from the first level, but even that didn’t work. So I deleted it and I’m done. Why can’t they just leave well enough alone? It was so good. Now it’s so bad.
Anyone else have this problem?
I enjoy this game; I like that there’s no timer or penalization for using the extra tube and it doesn’t matter how many moves it takes to complete a level, so it’s very relaxing in that way. It is kind of addictive though. There are WAY too many ads, so I kill the app after each level and this game drains my battery like crazy. Here’s my big problem with it that I want to know if anyone experiences: it gives me headaches! I have to be VERY careful about how long I play, how long I look at the screen before I have to look away for a while because otherwise, I get nasty headaches behind my eyes. I’ve been “experimenting” with this and, while this can happen regardless of what I’m doing on my phone, it happens so much faster and so much worse when playing this game (maybe 20 minutes of this game vs hours doing anything else). This has never happened to me before! I don’t know if this can be fixed, but if it can’t, I’ll have to find a version that doesn’t do this to me or else give it up altogether. As fun as it is, it’s not worth physical pain.
The ads…
I liked this game, it was fun, I loved no limit on moves and it was just nice overall. I’m pretty used to ads cause most app games have them so that wasn’t the biggest deal. However, I find the ads to be fatphobic and horrible promoting a fat burning gummy to lose 50-70lbs in three days, which is INCREDIBLY harmful. I’ve googled the gummy’s and to no surprise it’s a scam. Not only these horrible diet ads I keep getting but there are way more ads to this game than any other app I have. They’re way too long as well and when you try to close them the screen to add them keeps popping up. Again, I get they need ads but this many is over the top. It’s annoying and makes me not want to play this game or any of the games they have ads for. The game also glitches and freezes after a certain amount of levels. I almost paid for no ads but glad I didn’t after reading these reviews since it doesn’t get rid of them. This game, especially for a neurodivergent person like myself, is super nice and calming.
What are the coins for?
Once you’ve unlocked all vials, all balls and all backgrounds, there is nothing more to buy with the coins you win. I would love it if I could choose between using my coins to buy an extra tube or having to watch an ad to get it, as the coins become pointless pretty quickly. I play this game a lot and I currently have over 19,000 coins and nothing I can use them for. Plus I have to watch a dumb ad every time I want an extra tube. And this is after paying to remove ads. I may start looking for another version of this game that doesn’t require watching a video.
Too many ads
The app keeps giving me an annoying pop up begging for a review, so here it is. Way way way too many ads. Watching an ad for an extra tube makes sense. Ads after finishing a game or ads for restarting a game do not. It’s too much. You’ll spend more time watching ads than playing the game. And the ads are so aggressive. They all send you directly to the App Store to download. Hard pass. Overall, the game concept is fun, but the ads ruin it. Fortunately, there are tons of other games that are just like this (and I know because I see ads for them in this game). I’ll try some of those instead until I find one with fewer ads.
