Challenging

So far I'm having fun with this game. Very challenging! I would LOVE to be able to play random players, though. I only have one friend playing.

Love it!

It's a genuinely challenging game that's a lot of fun to play with friends. Really made me rethink my approach to word games. Typically, I'd just go for big words, but you really have to be strategic here. So good. So fun!

Great change up from the typical word game!

All it lacks is the ability to play more than one game at a time with the same person and a chat feature would be nice. Other than that it’s fun and challenging! I love that you’re not on a timer too! 😉

Description

Word Up is the 2-player word game that you've been missing. Face off with friends and family in this game of words and strategy. Create words from an expanding board of letters to control territory and score points.

Use your vocabulary and your strategic genius to outsmart your opponents in this turn-based game of knowledge and wit. ****The Rules**** -Controlling letters- 1. Each turn, play a word using the letters on the board. 2. The letters you play change to your color. -Earning points- 1. Control a letter on four sides to lock it and get a point. 2. You can't lock a letter if it's next to a letter your opponent already locked. -Revealing the board- 1. The board starts with 3x3 letters and expands to 9x9. 2. New tiles are revealed when a tile next to them is played. -Ending the game- 1. The game ends when all letters have been played or both players pass in a row. 2. The player with the most points wins.
