Updates lose progress

I was in the older version and was up pretty high using 7 letter words. Your program required an update. I did the update and saw that I lost all my progress and had to start over. I hate that. Then I started again and was up to four letter words when you said I had a required update again. I couldn’t get around it. Sure enough, I had to start over again. I now hate this game.

Data lost

When updating to the newest version, I lost all of the progress I made. I was all the way to where only 3.01% were able to solve the puzzle

Include all states

This is my favorite game to play. In fact I’ve just deleted the app after I got through the entire game so I could download it and start the game again. The only reason that I didn’t give it 5 stars is that it end with Tennessee. There are 8 more states alphabetically after Tennessee. Why can’t it go all the way to Wyoming?

Glitches

There are times when squares are smaller than the other ones and game is slow at times when this happens. Also I’ll restart game and I can do anything but play the game. I touch play button and it turns a lighter gray but want go to game screen. If problem isn’t fixed I’m going to delete. It’s sad to get so far and then all of a sudden can’t play.. very disappointing

Veery disappointed

I followed through updating Word Connect to the new version only to find out it’s a completely different app which does not accept my previous history! I have over 400K points from the years of playing this game😢. I cannot go back to the version that I want to play. Very poor idea. I’m moving on…

SCAM

I made two purchases through this app, never received what I paid for but the money has been taken from my account. I attempted to reach out for assistance with retrieving what I paid for but I’m unable because the support for this app doesn’t work, it’s a scam ! The phone number to contact is forwarded to someone personal cell phone, when selecting email it doesn’t take you to the link to file a complaint, Currently trying to get a refund through Apple. Don’t purchase anything from them !I only gave 1 star because I had too !

Word connect ripoff

Was enjoying playing Word Connect — until tonite when you gave me the option to ‘update’. When you choose either ‘yes’ or ‘no’ you are re routed to a new screen for a completely different game. No further mention of the ‘update to Word Connect’—or any way to continue playing. You’ve lost me for good w your sneaky tactics and I am will spread the word about this. I have many friends who USED to play ‘Word Connect’.

New version is bad

I don’t know why they switched to this update, there are several other games online exactly like this. I don’t play them, why would I play your game when you just copy cat other lame games I don’t play?

Update around 16 December 2022 broke the game

I haven’t been able to play word maker since the update around 16 December. The game will open, but there are no puzzles to select. I’ve waited because I figured you guys would know this happened and get it fixed but so far I still can’t play the game. Thank you.

Fun game

I like word apps and this one is good because it has fewer ads. The downside is that the variety of words for each puzzle is a fraction of what could fit in the squares. It would be good to have a wider, more expansive vocabulary. Thanks
