Irritating

I love playing this game it’s addicting. However, the constant adds popping up is completely ridiculous and very irritating!!! Before a new level, after finishing the level and during the level. Is there a way to pay like .99 cents to get rid of the adds? I can’t stand them. It would be nice to play without the constant adds!!!Also why is the iPad version different from playing it on an iPhone? Same game different version. I actually enjoy playing on an iPad. My Mom, Sister and I play the puzzle and who ever can’t complete it we pass it to each other or sit next to 1 another and fill in the answers as we play. I think that should be the same set up on the iPhone as it is on an iPad.

Not worth it

The game itself is alright, but it’s like 80% trying to get you to watch ads and 20% actual game. You open the app and they immediately have a pop up to watch an ad for some extra. You have to wait a few moments before an option to close the pop up without watching an ad, and immediately a second one pops up to “spin a wheel” by watching an ad. Again, you have to wait a few seconds for an option not to. Then you click on the level you want to play and YET ANOTHER pop up saying you get extra birds or disco balls or something by watching an ad. Same deal, wait awhile before you can hit no and actually play the level. Heaven forbid you want to use a help, or you’ll have to watch an ad. Also when you finish the level you have to watch an ad.I get that these games have to make money somehow and I know ads are the best way for them to do that. Frankly, this game wasn’t fun enough to make it worth the annoying stuff. Sorry🤷‍♀️

Great game!!

Thoroughly enjoying this game and have played for hours on this cold winter day. I read many reviews about people complaining about too many ads, but know all free apps are supported by ads. Besides, there’s always the option of removing them for a nominal fee. Good grief people, it’s FREE! The ads in this game are no more than any other I’ve played. Thank you for creating an enjoyable app. This one has some fun spins to keep it interesting!

Ads and expensive for “free” game

I’m 72 and love this game. It really makes you use your brain. Having said that, my reasons for 2 stars are as follows: ADS) We all hate them. Especially when you have to watch one before the game even starts. Then when game is complete and again to start the next level. And it’s always the same Ad. EXPENSIVE). Some questions are easy to figure out. Others not even close. They have helpers. Like 1-2 each. They go fast. Too fast. Then you need to buy the helpers. And they go fast, etc etc etc.I’m on Level 334 and I figure I’ve spent roughly $25-$35 so far. I doubt I’ll keep the game even I love it.

Idiotic critics

I like this game. But what bothers me are those people who give game 1 star because there are “too many ads” like what do you think moron? That’s how they make money!! There is not one game that doesn’t have ads. I read a review that said there was a pop up as soon as they went inside the game. That is not true. I didn’t have a pop up so it’s either your device or you’re lying. All in all I think it’s a good game and that you should download it. Don’t listen to those other people.

-Game lover

So I love the game. My mom originally had it first so then I downloaded it. My thing is that’s there is way to MANY ads. After you complete every level they give you a ad. I wish y’all could at least lower the amount of ads. It a great game in general. I really like the games that tests your brain. There has been a few I’ve had to use a lot of hints & ask my friend for the answer. No complaints either than the ads. I think you should be able to change the character. Even maybe the picture of it. I love how there are a lot of levels. Thank you guys for reading my review & creating the game. For the people who want this game and are considering downloading it. I thought y’all should know about the ads. I will DEFINITELY recommend this game to other people. Love the game-Game addicted girl 😝😜

Fun game but a few flaws

Game started out really fun and not to challenging but not too easy. Lately however I noticed clues starting to repeat themselves every few puzzles. The cross puzzles are a little too hard even at the easiest lvls and the clues are not very clear a lot of the time. Also the new banner adds that cover the top of the screen needs to be removed I have to close and reopen the game every time I am done with the puzzles because you cannot access controls or see how much gold you have..I understand you need sponsors but find a better way to display the adds.

Issue with tracking your app

I have an issue with not being able to watch a video to get extras when they are offered anymore because I don’t want you to track your app on my iPad. As much as I really like this game and I’ve even paid for extras a few times, I won’t buy anything from now on until I have the choice not to allow tracking and I’m able to watch a video for the extras. This could lead to me deleting the app off all of my devices. Just saying. I love the game; I don’t like small ultimatums within a game. Remember: without us, you don’t do well.

Fake advertising

I honestly like the game okay but what annoys me a lot is that when I originally downloaded the game it was from an ad for it on another game. That ad though showed tons of features that this app simply doesn’t have which is really frustrating. I hate how many games are doing that nowadays. If you’re confident in your own game why advertise it as something that it’s not, seems pointless to me as whoever downloads it is gonna figure it out pretty quickly. In the ad the game showed having all these different categories you could pick between and some different styles of gameplay. I was really interested in this cause I loved the idea of being able to do some crosswords for specific categories/topics that I enjoy. Instead I downloaded the game to find an app just like every other crosswords app. Very disappointed in the false advertising. Just advertise what your game actually has to offer.

Meh

Would of given this game 4 stars at least, if not 5, if it were not for all long battery draining video ads! I mean it is a fun game, if don’t mind having to put the phone, or tablet on the charger after playing word craze for 5, or 10 minutes lol. Update. This game had to downgrade to onestar. And after a year of playing will finally uninstall. The ads have always been annoying, but bearable. Now unbearable. You can’t even exit out after watching the ads now without it redirecting you to the App Store! Actually had to download one of the stupid ad games then delete it to get back to word craze game. I do not recommend this game at all now! It basically makes you down load apps you don’t want now just to get back to word craze game menu! Btw the game is still a battery hog, also because of the annoyingly long ads!
