Word bingo support

Trying to reach support. Can’t get through any where. When try on game it slides half over and can’t tap. Anyway, I love love this game and want to continue playing however every time I play a word the game shuts down. I rebooted my phone n other games are not doing this so it’s a problem with this game only. What do I do

Fun Game

I wasn’t loving it when I first started because of the ads! I decided to either delete it or pay to elim I want ads. I chose to pay for ad removal because this is the most fun I’ve had in an iPad game in a long time.

Why is my game shutting off after 10 seconds?

I love this game but this last week the puzzles have been shutting off after about 10 seconds. Makes it hard to figure out the words and type the letters in before it shuts completely off and you have to reopen it to continue playing. I’ve tried to leave a message about this but the game won’t stay on long enough to get to the “do you have questions” location and then type in the message. I’m hoping someone will see this and hopefully fix the problem for me. Help!

Word bingo review

For the most part, the game is fun there are a couple of comments I need to make:… I’m not crazy about the new format. There are things that I used to be able to do that don’t seem to be available anymore… Also, who is developers should be aware that there are game players, who are more interested in changing the chat room situation to more private chat rooms in other areas… Very suspicious… I think these guys I’m sure their guys are on more than one site with more than one name. Some responses are almost exactly the same you should be aware of this I think it’s a way to gain confidence in naïve and gullible players with potentially serious consequences

Can’t play with friends

It offers you a place to send an invite to a friend but then when they click on that link, there is no game to be found with that person. That’s a dealbreaker for me

No chat try and do it

The game is fun I like it but I don’t like it that much because you can chat with people on it like scrabble, please you need to work on it so that people can chat on it and talk to each other thank you

Malfunctions too often

Game freezes all the time. Very often after the last round it freezes and when I go back into it, it shows me my last move but then it wants me to replay the last round - but I can’t because my last move is actually there so there is nowhere for me to go.

Way too many ads. Often miss the end of a game because the ad takes over. Not just one ad but two—in-one ads that go on forever. Deleting app.

Great game, annoying ads!

I really love playing this game, but I get frustrated when an ad pops up right in the middle of a game! Please give us the option to opt out of having to watch ads, and then you’d get 5 stars from me. I’m even willing to pay for opting out of the ads, because they break my rhythm and my concentration!

App does not function as intended

In order to play at the highest advantage, one needs coins. Of course the coins are for sale, but another option is to play daily quests and simply log in. The countdown timer that is supposed to reset at midnight has not functioned for 3 days. The whole day, the timer is counting down and then I log in the next day and I’m still stuck on day 3. Reached out to customer service, who gave a generic answer as to what the game is supposed to do without any kind of explanation as to why my app is not doing that. Scam?
