Vintage scene

I just purchased this!!! Auuuuggg it shuts dwn and doesn’t upload any of my photos. 😡 I’d like a refund.

Nice app-needs a bit of tweaking

I find that it does have a lot of variety it just needs an option that lets you reduce the size of the borders of the effects as most effects don’t work well if the image comes to close to the border of the picture as it blurs out the faces. As it stands now the photo’s have to be taken zoomed out otherwise things don’t look as good

Could be five stars

But not yet. It crashes every photo. I think when they get the bugs worked out, this will be a very fine addition to Jixi's line of apps. It's a very promising app, but I'd like to see some things besides the bug fixes – such as, a paintbrush and mask. For instance, I'd like to be able to mask the eyes of my cat, so that they are either unaffected -or have slider so that you can control the amount of the effect you want to apply. This is the one big thing missing from all Jixi apps that I can think of – and my own most of them. You don't have a paint brush/Mask capability, so that you can interact with your photos more. Having said that, Jixi will have another winner in this one when they update the bugs out of it.

Cannot access my photos

I have used this app a lot but suddenly I cannot access my photos. I’ve reached out to the developers but haven’t received a response. I actively and successfully use other apps by the same developer. I wondered if it was an iPad issue but the app won’t even load onto my iPhone.

Awesome app

I’ve always loved vintage photography. This app gives you a chance to turn your favorite picture into a work of art. Simple to use and yes ver addictive 👍🏼

Photoshop Plugin On the Go!

As a Photoshop professional, when I sit down to create the same effects I get with Vintage Scene, I use some pretty expensive plugins. I get the exact same quality of photo manipulation in this app on my iphone, on the go, that I can get sitting at my computer 3X longer. There are so many choices you can make, colors to change, amount of effect, and saving it to my PhotoStream, I have the image at home when I get there. One of the coolest things is taking images on my computer and uploading them on PhotoStream to manipulate when I'm bored waiting in line at the post office. This a great app, and I'm recommending it to all my friends! If I could give it 10 stars I would!!!

Beautiful, Believable Results

Anyone looking to believably stress and age digital photos with a variety of presets as well as manual adjustments cannot go wrong giving this app consideration. Some of the treatments may be suitable for printing, though I have not tried that. To date I’ve not encountered any glitches; the app has, so far, performed flawlessly. An excellent value.

Fun App!

I have used this app for a few years now and love playing with it! However, for some reason have never printed the pictures out! I am going to print them out into a book. I hope they print well!
