This app is amazing, but I have a bit of problems...

Before I start the problems, let’s go over the great features in this app, I liked where you switch camera where you swap camera directions, also like when there a zoom in option, and or course the pause cam, I love the pause cam so much, and also you can edit, save, or share, and also you can even have either trim videos, add filters, and you even add photos to your videos, that is some cool features with this app, now let’s got to the problems, the only thing I don’t like are some adds, and a watermark, but there also a time-lapse, but to get the time-lapse, remove watermark, and remove adds, you need to pay $4.99 to get those features, and also there is no slow-motion, no text, or anything cool, but it fine, so yeah that is my problems with this app

Terrible

So far after 20 minutes of using the app I figured out the most important parts like trim and things like that are locked until you buy something called pro. This is very annoying as I try to do some recording for homework when you can’t even use important parts of the app! The only difference between your regular camera app that’s already downloaded and this app is that this app can pause. That’s the only thing that the app can do for free that is special. I wasted 20 minutes of recording and only found this out. It is very stressful and annoying about how I wasted 20 minutes of my time with this app. I suggest you stay away or else it could happen to you too.

Very frustrating

The app has great features but I downloaded it and even paid the 5 dollars to get the full service and I had so many technical difficulties when I tried to record a 10 minute video with no stops. I know it’s a long clips worth but I recorded something 3 times and when I tried to move on to the next screen, it glitched and erased all my footage. Extremely frustrating and I’m not gonna use this app anymore. Would love to get that 5 dollars back!

Problems

I shut my phone off for like a minute and it ended the video it didn’t even save any second of the video usually when I turn my phone off or go to a different app and go back to video cam it doesn’t start the whole video over and I work really hard on these videos and just for it all to restart and for me to record the video all over again? Also when i try to put the video into my gallery it shortens up most of the videos or doesn’t even save at all! And there is way to many ads every time when I pause the video it just shows an ad or when I’m in the middle of recording it shows an ad😠! And even sometimes when the ad is over the recording just randomly plays and i don’t even have to press it cause sometimes I could be doing something private that I don’t people to hear or see and it just randomly starts recording! And when I want to delete a clip or edit the video it makes me pay for it I’m okay with the editing part but not the deleting clip part cause there could be something that I don’t want in the video and it just makes me pay then I’ll have to start all over again with the video 🙄

There’s some bugs, but overall it’s a good app

I love the functions of this app overall because it saves me so much editing time! But there’s a couple of things that I don’t love about it. First off, sometimes my clips will be cut off sooner then I hit stop recording and I’ll have to redo the whole clip. That can add a some extra filming time to the process that I don’t love and can be super frustrating. It’s something I can work around, but I would really love it if it was fixed. The other thing that I don’t love is that the app looks cheap. If it was a free app I wouldn’t care all that much. But since it cost money, I feel like it could look better.

Fast Forward or Slo-Mo

I have the paid version of Videocam+ and I am generally happy with the app overall. It works as designed and advertised. However I think it would be so cool if the playback speed individual clips in any video could be changed (that is run faster or slower than the normal clip). I create and share a lot of cooking and other DIY videos and sometimes I would like to speed up portions of it to save the time of the viewers. I would greatly appreciate a response from the developer. Thank you.

It is okay

Hello! I am a big fan of making videos to send to my friends, but I like to make videos and I would really appreciate not having to pay for premium just to be able to add photos and GIF and titles and all that stuff. Also the adds are ANNOYING because I would be recording and all of a sudden a add pops up! It is frustrating when ur trying to make ur vid and that pops up!! Like come onnnnnnnnn!!!! Seriously I’m in the middle of a video. The only thing I like abt this app is the fact that I can stop the recording and then go to a different room and start recording again. Also I don’t like that when ur downloading or saving r video it takes forever to get it

The history of camera editing.

For anyone that has worked in video in the past it is well known that B roll editing is a process of combining different shots. If you can shoot a video from scene to scene by just stopping and starting your camera you can accomplish an entire video without editing. To be able to use stop and start video production without Jen locking or synchronous issues like plus and minus fields on tape etc. we can start to understand the value of this type of shoot. I love it

Sound goes in and out

While I really like this app, recently over the last month I noticed when making maybe a three minute video which was paused and restarted multiple times the person I’m sending it to says that my volume pretty much cuts out completely or goes so low that you cannot hear my voice. I am holding the phone the same way I always have and sometimes when I’m making food video the phone is on a stand so I’m not touching it. I don’t understand why the volume gets so low on some of the segments that the recipient can’t even hear me very very aggravating. Can someone explain or tell me how to get this corrected.

My problem.

I love this app it’s fine also I love the pausing and the editing I can do for example the photos or the features and that’s pretty cool. But my problem is I just CANT find out how to finish adding the photos! I mean I add the image and select the time range and then what? I don’t get then I ask for help and all it tells me is choose image and select time range but that’s it what next? I just can’t find like a button that says finish or done! I need help from someone that knows. :/
