Too many Crashes…And your money won’t be refunded

It’s fun, but I wouldn’t recommend and play at your own risk. I followed everything they recommend, not streaming anything, or having other apps running, I am always on a good connection. If your match/App crashes one to many times they will refuse to refund your entry fee. I play $50 matches and have lost $60 now due to the app crashing. Which they won’t refund if it happens too many times which they won’t tell you what that number is, but I have played hundreds of matches, with maybe every ten games a match crashing, some I win and some I lose. I have no problem if another player beats me, but if the app crashes, Which they can tell, I shouldn’t have to forfeit my entry fee, normally I don’t even get into the question part, and it will freeze then close on me. I am only going to continue playing until I run out of funds or break even. Very frustrating, knowing something out of your control happens and they will not refund money paid for a game that I didn’t even get to play. Also on a side note, they must not have very many players because I always wind up playing against the same few people. Buyer Beware, and maybe they should add in the description if our app crashes, you will be playing at your own risk of giving away your money.

Great trivia game

I have played trivia crack for a long time I stop playing for a while and they have updated the game immensely since then I’ve always enjoyed playing I haven’t won any money yet I am working on upping my levels and playing with the tickets that I have I don’t have to put money in app in order to win money it just takes more time but still fun and great for the brain

ANOTHER AWESOME GAME RUINED BY SBMM

If you play COD u know what I’m talking about. Doesn’t matter how much u win, they will match you with someone with the same skill that they obviously let you build by throwing soft balls at you most of the time. And they match you with the same level of skill always to lessen your chances of actually winning a good amount of money unless you’re a total wiz. Real true players know that SBMM IS A BROKEN SYSTEM AND THAT A RANDOM MATCHMAKING SYSTEM IS ALWAYS FAIR.

Not-so-fair play

The game is generally fun, but about 1-in-50 or so questions has the wrong answer or more often two answers that are correct. For instance, a question like “Who instigated the Boston tea Party?” will have both Samuel Adams and the Sons of Liberty as an answer, or “Which is a shade of blue?” will have azure and navy, but the game will arbitrarily have one as correct and the other as wrong. This isn’t a big deal when playing for fun, but it’s annoyingly common to lose a paid game for this reason. Until recently, if you contacted Skillz customer support about it, they would refund your entry fee if the question actually cost you the game. However, it seems like something has changed in the last couple of months and now they reply with some ridiculous excuse and tell you they forwarded the information to the game developers but don’t refund the entry fee. It doesn’t break the game, but it greatly diminishes my trust in the Skillz claim of fair play.

Old questions, wrong answers

The part of the game that Skillz has done for Trivia Crack is fantastic: good matches, good interface. Beyond that, the pool of questions is completely outdated. It doesn’t tell you at the start that you need to put your mind in 2016 to answer correctly. Still thinks the Chargers from the NFL are in San Diego for instance and several other facts that are no longer true in 2022. But it doesn’t matter if you answer a question correctly based on 2022: even if you are 100% correct you have NO recourse to get your money back or anything. And Skillz doesn’t care about that at all. They won’t discuss or deal with any inquiry related to the content and won’t give you a refund on a game that hinged completely on an incorrect answer. In addition there are so many typos, misspelled words, punctuation errors, and grammatical errors, a 3rd grader could type better than whoever was responsible for doing it the first time. And it will throw off your reading of the question very often, taking longer to get your answer chosen. It’s really an embarrassing product for whoever put the original database together. Beware, trivia is fun but having too many horrible questions and even worse answers makes this game far from being a five star in my opinion.

Perfect game..

This has always been one of my favorite games. Trivia crack has been a must have app on most of my previous phones and the one I’m on now. Finding this version pretty much made my night! The Speed of the Game I think is what i like most and the questions are well done. I am a huge space advocate and lover of rockets and within my first round of questions I was asked a really good question about a previous rover on Mars, one that doesn’t seem to get much publicity launched in 2008. I thought the game was not loading because there are not any cash matches yet BUT, it’s a new game and I’m seeing that many other people like myself will be sticking around for when they are added due to the fact this game is fun and I think a wide range of people will be able to play this and have fun making it a fantastic choice for Skillz to take on. :)

Please be careful - they stole my winnings

I really enjoyed this app until I tried to withdraw my winnings. They retroactively decided that my location was ineligible to receive a payout, and instead of refunding my account earnings they kept the money themselves. I repeatedly reached out to their support team and got changing and unhelpful explanations. It felt as though they were searching for reasons to keep a player’s money as their profit. I thought I made good money while having fun on this app but in the end it was a big scam. Please play at your own risk and don’t expect to ever get your money - even if you make money by winning games.

Great app, great customer service

I have been playing the game for a couple of days now and it is awesome! The game is completely genius and very very fun and exciting. The game gives you real opportunity to win money and a fair chance to win every time you play. Not only has the gaming experience for me been great, but I have had a couple of questions I have contacted them about and I was answered very quickly. The support team was extremely helpful and efficient. All in all I’ve had a great time with this game.

I’ve waited for a long time for a app like this.

Meaning in regards to all the skills games. But my favorite one Has to be blackout bingo. I’ve tried Solitaire Cube which I’m catching onto and also some trivia games! All of these are really good and I cannot wait to try the others. Also, the support when in need of an answer or if there is a bug or an issue that needs to be fixed, they are taken care of right away which makes me very happy. I know they have to be crazy busy so I think you are for doing such an awesome job with making this app and also making us happy!

Frustrating

I really enjoyed this game and actually put a decent amount of money into it. There were 2 bugs in games yesterday that I messaged support about. My competitors lost internet connection, I was declared the winner, yet lost my entry money. They messaged me back and sent me videos of what they have- and the videos are COMPLETELY different! The video I have shows them losing connection and it saying I win- their video shows me losing connection and them winning. It’s super odd to have different saved videos of the same game. I messaged them about how to send them the link/video I’m personally seeing, with no response. I’m definitely done putting money in, because now it makes you question everything.
