Too difficult

I think this game got too difficult too fast, relatively speaking. I love the artwork and the characters but I have played about a dozen similar games and this one got difficult on low levels, to a much greater extent than similar games.If I had spent more time with the game before it got hard I might have been a little more invested and inclined to buy some coins and boosters. But I wasn’t hooked yet so I just moved on to other similar games.

I like this game overall, but there are a couple of things that I don’t care for and hope you will consider fixing them. I won 5 extra lives 4 times, but yet I was only allowed to keep 10. The other 10 were not saved. Anything I win, I should be allowed to keep. Lastly, I had 18/20, so I only needed 2 more stars to win a prize, but I received 3 instead. The extra star was not carried over. I had to start at 0/20 again. Those are the reasons why I can’t give this game 5 stars. If I win something, then I should win it in its entirety. If I lose, this game does not hesitate to take all of it.

I need help - game won’t load ☹️☹️

Can’t get into app support page for users. STILL can’t get into the game!!!😭😭😭 Please. Help!!! Over two weeks now…🫤🫤 Ok finally got into game 😁. Played about 4-5 games - even bought $10 weekend offer - had to leave app - now WONT LOAD AGAIN. What. Is. Up???? 😳 Ok. Here I am entering game through app review and request for help. Let’s see if it connects this way7/21: Still 2 weeks later than above. Can’t get in. Have gotten sporadically but never consistently. About once every 5-6 days. I’ve spent so much money there buying tools to play - it’s unprofessional to be cut out of the game.

Extra time

Sometimes I get free time of 15 mins, 30. On weekend special I had 3 hours time. No way I can play for 3 hours. Time away from the game is lost. As another user said. If we win something it should not be deleted.Updated per game prompt. Prompt said upgrade for 100 coins. Upgraded but no coins s

Support unavailable/no new levels

Game was fun, but the in-app support doesn’t work, nor does the link online. There haven’t been any new levels added for 2 years, or updated versions.

Not what I’d hoped for

I did read the reviews and wasn’t overly impressed, but decided I’d try this game anyway, it’s nothing like the add depicted, it’s just a match game, nothing more, it’s easy enough but don’t think I’ll continue playing, after 30 levels I’m bored already

Too easy - so far

If only in Level 13 so it may be too early to judge but this is way too easy. No challenge at all. I win with 20 moves left. It must get harder so I’ll keep playing for a while to see.

Angry

I’ve been playing this game for quite some time now, & have spent quite a bit of money on extra bundles. Lately, the game freezes while playing it, and now it just keeps saying new levels coming soon! It’s been over a week now and my app is completely updated!!! What is going on?

Why denigrate a city?

When visiting cities, players are given information about the visited city. Except, that is, for the city of a Chicago. Instead of information via 4 postcards about landmarks and places of interest, there is a postcard about Al Capone and Prohibition entertainment. There are enough places of interest in Chicago for at least two more postcards to replace Capone and Prohibition.
