Post a job Select a trade Write a description of what needs to be done by that trade Indicate when you want the project to begin and complete Budget (optional) Attach any blueprints or documents (If you need more than one trade for a project, repost selecting another trade and repeat) 2. Now let the bidding begin Select your preferred contractor/bid to start chatting. Go on our built-in chat (please have all conversations in chat so we have a history for your protection) Approve/reject the offer. 3. Trade Hired! Now that your project has begun, payment needs to be sent to Tendr for holding until the job is completed Once a job or part of the job is completed. Notification from the tradesmen will be sent to you and Tendr requesting for the release of funds. Upon your approval, Tendr will then release the funds to the tradesmen.
