Waste of space!
DO NOT install this app. It’s a waste of space and the instructions to connect to a device are not clear at all. Don’t waste your time on this app just for some basic functionality, use the remote instead.
Cant connect to AC
I’ve tried connecting to my AC, however it doesn’t even work, I’ve tried turning on and off the bluetooth and all also.
Doesn’t Work
This app is pointless and a complete waste of time. I’ve been trying to connect my air conditioner for the longest and no matter what I try it will not connect and you can’t contact anyone for help either. I am not happy at all and am on the verge of bringing it back to get my money back. Do not get TCL products!!
Can’t find my device
I’m trying to add my soundbar but It doesn’t see it. I have the TS813 but the only one that shows up is the TS8211.
Doesn’t work
This app is absolutely useless. Disconnects way too often. I bought 3 air purifiers and I’m about to return all 3 of them if the company can’t build a reliable app. Can’t operate the air purifiers 100% with just the panel. The app is needed. Needs to be fixed.
Doesn’t work, no support
Won’t discover Tv. Says to add manualy. No manual option. 🤷♂️
Useless App
Honestly, I only downloaded it to make setting up my tcl tv a TINY bit easier. It doesn’t even recognize the tv as a device because TCL is so far behind in app support, it’s not even funny. I have a new TCL GoogleTV - also borderline useless. It’s sad that a tech-ish company can’t load support for a new product to an existing app. I’d steer clear of TCL if you can. I wish I had.
It doesn’t do anything
It allows me to register an email address and set up an account. That is it. It has a bunch of generic stuff devices that aren’t mine. It won’t even connect to my TCL television. I am sitting right in front of it. I can’t even use it as a remote. It does absolutely nothing
It’s just a remote
This is nothing more than a basic remote. I installed the app to connect to Google Home. The app comes up on Google list for connected devices and seemed to connect to it, but it never shows up as a linked app and shows no controls on Home. If you just want to use as a basic remote, it’s fine. But for everything else, it’s worthless.
DARK MODE PLEASE
App works all good n all, i would really appreciate a dark mode as it easier for eyes in a dark room
