Allowing this app to be downloaded like allowing Biden to ruin our country
Horrific, horrendous, crashes, can’t login, does not save. The list goes on. Read the reviews. God awful. Don’t use it. Just delete it.
App is not user friendly
Most of the people in my company use the app on a phone. Uploads are usually done at the end of the day as we drive home. I have had videos take all night to upload. Vendor blames our internet. I have used work phone, personal internet, hotspot, client, and random free providers and always have issues. Now we have a new page and it is so redundant it makes my head hurt. I should not have to scroll through 300 clients that are no longer alphabetical listed as new clients are added. Maybe that is my company being cheap, but alphabetically listed should be a thing. Allowing me to just type in the box would be way more efficient than scrolling to get to the 8 clients at my location versus the 300 across 50 states.
Not impressed
This app reminds me of a demo. My biggest complaint is not being able to use my volume buttons to snap pics. When I’m in an uncomfortable position taking a pic I need to be able to capture a photo with one hand.
Terrible App
My last review was deleted, apparently the developer cant stand some criticism. Ill continue to say that this app is total garbage. Terribly laid out, takes forever to upload, constant crashes, the in-app camera is zoomed in for no reason and you cant use side buttons to snap s photo. The process after you upload to check on your pictures and maybe fix some mistakes is a nightmare to go through. In short just burn the app and start anew. But im guessing it’s cheaper to continue to work with whoever it is than to actually make a descent product.

No history capability
I should be able to check which days I missed on the app. Also, the days I filled it out. My gestapo needs me to screen shot the green card each time which fills my memory. And it does not always record time stamp on their end. No good...
Difficult
It doesn’t work good. I know guys who have literally quit their jobs to avoid Talonview.
Very poor performance
This is now the 4th time I’ve had to remove and re-load the app in the last month. Sometimes accepting submission of data. Sometimes not. Frequently requires me to re-sign in and then doesn’t load “Tenants”. Better to manually screen.
Great experience with this app
The app is simple, intuitive, and robust. Simple to configure. The vendor is very responsive to support and has a good roadmap ahead across various industry scenarios.
Awful
Terribly designed app. Constant crashing and and freezing of the app. Photos uploaded faster in 2002 than in 2022 with this app. Literally better off just using a polaroid camera and writing notes than trying to use this piece of garbage. It will never be updated to be usable and if you are considering using this app save yourself some sanity and do not get this. I wish i could leave a 0 star review
