It was so cool BEFORE AND NOW EVEN WORSE
My current review with the new powers is that it’s lame that everything costs money now. Packs of 2? It should just be one purchase and unlock all the powers, especially some were free before! This just isn’t worth it anymore. I’m lucky that I got the old ones when they were actually worth the cost and not like $50 for themMy old review is below This new update is sad to me....The update before that was good but what is this? The guy talking saying all the stuff needs to be more intense and have a cool deep voice, not some energetic happy young voice.And the power icons before selecting should all be cartoonsI really liked this app, used to want to rate it 100/5 stars.The new powers seem like they belong in the anime fx app, we need ones like flight or super strength not some ninja magic ball or whateverThe only good thing I feel like about this update is the guy who demonstrates the powers. That guy does a good job at showing off the powers, even if the powers aren’t that goodAnyways, main things are please fix to the good voice and the powers should be cool superpowers and not weird magic ninja from some other thing powersKeep the same guy demonstrating how to do all the powers though, he the best
Restore purchases does not work
I purchased the app years ago and paid for all available powers at the time. I had 10-15 powers it was really cool. Would have rated it 5 stars. Then my iPhone dies and I get a new phone, years later mind you, but when I hit restore purchases I do not get all the powers I had bought. The app is trying to charge me for what I already paid for. Rip off. They changed the app and the original agreement. For a while, again a few years ago, I had gotten all new powers for free because of my original buy all purchase. When I saw the anime app it made sense because I thought that was the developers way of avoiding giving more powers to people like me. But now even my powers I had unlocked are locked and I do not get new powers. At the very least I should get all the powers I had back. I really should get all available powers in the app. But at this point the app is useless and I am disappointed in the developers. If this is made right I’d change my rating/review. The app and powers are fun and cool, can’t deny that. Just be ready to pay over and over for the same powers if you upgrade the phone.

I’ve been looking for a super hero power effects app for a really long time. And finally found it yesterday. I’m still try to decide to buy all the packs. But when I do I’ll use them for my movie I’ve been making. but I was wondering, would you try and bring down the budget? Maybe like, $2. Each. And take off the money budget for a single pack and double pack? I’ll pay for the $2. Full pack and all the packs. thanks for the amazing app. I’ll be on the look out for some changes.

I love your app how did you make it was so interesting I love it so much that I cannot stop playing it it was so good that I could not stop itI wish I could’ve made that up but I really want to see Paul is unlocked oI wish I wish I could’ve made that up but I really want to see Paul is unlocked for free because I can only do one but I still love it so good I hope you make it another games like that but I want you to make games where you get about three powers just like the bat ability I Super power FX probably wondering how can I write this vast yeah just 62 right I can’t talk so fast that I can’t even stop so so fat I am so weird I just say what comes out my mouth like the American rapper Cardi B she just says stuff out of her mouth I don’t even know how I do that but this is not about the rapper Cardi B says about your game how did you make that is so incredible but since you’re a good person I love all of your apps no matter if I never seen that I probably will but just know I love them

I LOVE this app! It has great powers and they look really cool! But, there are some things that I’d like to see added. First, I really want more powers. I’d be willing to pay up to $5 for a set of at least 8 new powers. I’d really like to see invisibility, super strength, electric shockwaves, a less deadly looking sonic scream, wind gusts, hurricanes, more elemental abilities like water, super speedy punches, and a sonic boom power (#gottagofast XD)! Second, I’d like to see more options for how the power will be displayed. For example I’d like to see the option to change the color of the effect that would show when you use super speed. And be able to change what direction the power/attack is facing. And with the VS power please allow to change the color of beams/electric beams that you shot. And instead of just having Dragon Ball Z beam clashes please add stuff like fighting and kicking really fast, like Dragon Ball Super XD. And I’d also like to see a green screen/background feature where you can change the surroundings. This might be asking a lot, but this is just my opinion. Anyways, this is probably the best super power FX app on the App Store! I love it 👍!
Pay or no powers
The powers in this app are great! I had this app a few years ago when I used my mom’s account, but now that I have my own phone and I’m older, I have to buy all the powers again which is such a hassle because YOU ONLY GET ONE STARTER POWER. Seriously, you start with only the fire ball and that’s it. Basically the most useless power. At least give us a few more to start with. And if you want to buy the rest of the powers, you can’t just hit buy all, you have to either buy a set of two, buy a heroes pack, Villains pack, or heroes and villains. It’s such a hassle to buy all the effects and I can’t even tell if the new ones are good because I CANT SEE THEM UNTIL I BUY THEM. Please just give us, like 2 more powers to start with and the ability to see the powers before we buy them.
This app is really cool and useful. But there's a few problem
This app is really cool and all, but I wish you would add more effects ex., super speed, superstrength, shrinking, growing, invisibility, flying, the rasengan(I might've spelt this wrong), and maybe some weapon throwing effects. Even though this doesn't really effect me, but for the people that don't buy stuff I think you should get 2 powers for free(don't make all of them free, or else I'd have wasted money unless you get a refund)I really like the $4.99 deal for all powers and ones coming soon, that was actually the best deal I have seen out of all the apps I've done. The current effects are still good except for the telekinesis where you throw the car because that looked fake. A few of the effects look fake but I'm okay with that, it's just when I made a movie of it sometimes it would look cheesy but I don't find it a problem. Finally, I want to say that for fireball, cannonfire, and for all the attack stuff, can you guys make like scenes where the two choices can be the person shooting from left and then the next choice right. Instead of left, and close left, or right and close right? Thanks. (I also don't mind if you make the two scene effects like the lightning effect, were he summoned lighting, or when he shot it) Altogether, I recommend this app, but if you want a lot of effects get five bucks, or $0.99 if you want two specific powers. Great app.
Great App
Super Power FX is a great app. There are LOTS of powers to choose from. Though some of the effects look fake, other effects are pretty decent. I thought that the power “Fireball” from the 2nd angle I think were it shoots toward the screen looks pretty good. But one thing that really annoys me is that you only start out with 1 POWER and there are 25+ powers. It was disappointing that all the other powers costed money. Also the Light of Hope pack was a COMPLETE LETDOWN. All of the powers glitched expect for the Power Up 2, and I was kinda looking forward to the Ki Ball power. But if I edit the power in a different app it looks great. I also suggest making a new power maybe shrinking or flying. So overall great app, I suggest getting this app if you like making Super hero/Action & Adventure films, I know I do.
Ultra Cool, But need’s more for Light of Hope Pack.
This is Great, You see the First Pack I got is the light of hope ( Witch is Dragon Ball Z Future Gohan Saga) I think it needs more powers just a little bit. Like Future Gohan Can do Special Beam Cannon From Piccolo’s Teaching, So you should add that, Plus can you guys add realistic Super Sayian Hairs, Because i see the Charging but no Transformations. And one last thing, Teen Future Trunks was in this saga too so you should add at least 3 Future Trunks moves like Finish Buster and Burning Attack? And to people who already have the Light of Hope pack, PLEASE don’t make us pay extra. Otherwise Great FX Camera! And the rest of the powers of the powers are perfect!
Needs an actual tutorial
Based on the videos, it all made sense and seemed easy enough. My daughter and I were anxious to get going. Then we tried to record one. It all went horribly wrong after that. The controls mean absolutely nothing and the guidance I expected was non-existent. You start it and it makes a red circle. Okay. Whatever that means. Then a green circle. Okay. Then it says hold position. We already were. And now I click Okay? But what was green and red for? And now I have to dismiss a dialog. And it’s not done, in fact, I’ve not actually started? So I press again, and there’s another red circle but a hands overlay on it. Oh, um, hands pose... now? But nothing again. So I press green again... now it wants to know if I’m really finished. I have no idea. Maybe? And it processes. And there’s just the floor and a little ice on the ground from went I pointed the phone down to confirm processing. After that nightmare we look for some actual instructions because that was way too many steps with zero guidance. Nope. No instructions. Couple more tries. Yikes. Why did I buy all of the powers first? Maybe someone will publish a book explaining this app one day and then my daughter can actually use it.
