Great for low volume settings

I can’t always have the volume on when I watch a show and this app has helped a lot solving the no sound no subtitles problem.

Amazing.

Netflix & Prime often don’t display subtitles for international films in the original language. Often in the US English subtitles are what you get. This app worked perfectly & synched perfectly with French films I’ve been watching. So impressed.

I used to love this app

This app was awesome I haven’t used it in a while because I was able to access a lot of subtitles on the streaming service i switched to, but I always knew I could rely on this app when there were still some missing. Now I can’t get it to even search titles it tells me there is an error. I’ve very sad and disappointed about this :(( Hope you guys fix it

Not free at all

Installed but only worked with 3 subtitles. The APP is useless then. Could the developer consider 3 free credits a day? Or other ways to earn credits? Otherwise it’s not called “Free”. Want to try more before purchase credits. BTW, not sure is the $6.99 unlimited credit for lifetime, or for a month?

Impressed

So far I’m incredibly impressed with the accuracy and ease of use of this app. We’ve watched a few obscure titles and had no difficulty finding subs. It allows for those who need subs to have them while not ruining the immersive experience for those who do not need them. It is also helpful for situations when subs are needed but not provided. The customization features are nice and it’s easy to adjust the timing and size of font when needed. Great app so far!

Used to work

I used to use this all the time since my newborn needed sleep. Doesn’t search for anything anymore, gives error messages. Tried uninstalling and redownloading with no change.

Gave wrong/fake subtitles

When I went to watch a French film, ‘Rise of Man’ by Jacques Malaterre, it gave me the behind the scenes subtitles instead of the actual subtitles. I’m out of luck for finding the true captions/transcript for this movie.

Crappy app

I used the first 3 free subtitles with no issues. It was wonderful. THEN I paid the $7 for unlimited use. The moment I paid, there have been nothing but problems with this app. It can't find a single movie or show.... Of course there's no one to complain to... Wouldn't recommend this app to anyone. They take your money & then shut down... Nice.
