Finally! No ads!

I had been using the same no ad solitaire for years. Gradually they kept adding animation and pushing me to post on leader boards and even popping up between games with hints I needed to decline to move in. I purchased two other games that were similar and not really just solitaire. I’ve been playing this one for a few days and it really doesn’t have all the interruptions. Worth the cost to me. 🙂

Updates?

Updates? Finally an update, but alas, nothing more than a terrible change in face cards! You people do NOT listen. You have your minions write and tell me there will be specific changes, but when I ask for specifics, all I get is " who knows?" I particularly hate the auto complete button being so close to the bottom of the screen--it is easily obscured by a holder or whatever is in one's lap. This can wreck an otherwise fast game. And how about some new backgrounds? No, I don't want to use photos.

Fixed to not win?

I play a lot of solitaire and decided to try this one. There's definitely something non random about the card deals. I consistently win about 30% of my solitaire games. With this one I'm not likely to win 10%. I don't know if this is intentional or just bad coding. I don't know why it would be intentional unless it makes more money on the free version with ads. Definitely messed up.After playing this app a lot more I did hit some "wining streaks" where I was consistently winning a much higher percentage. The thought that other developers may be skewing theirs to win more often did cross my mind. Thanks to the developers on this one for the response and insight. I increased my rating in accordance with my extended experience.

Time killer.

Really that’s what it’s become for me. A way to kill time. Doctor’s office waiting room, the car’s in the shop… Waiting room. It was a fun game at first but after > 1,500 games and not being able to keep my average score above 38% wins, I think the game is randomly rigged for the player to lose. I frequently have to hit the “new game” button six or eight times in a row just to get any cards above a three, four or five on the turn ups. It’s OK for killing time. Or you can hit the “reset” button and start your miserable run of losses over!

No brainer !!!

I love the app... owned it for quite some time now. I wont play any other maker of this game. I would have givin it 5 stars if the rules button isnt right beside the back arrow button. Im a large man, and most of the time i end up hitting the rules button when trying to go back. You could very well make it a 5 star app by moving that rules button to top right or left corner maybe??? I really look forward to seeing this change in the app. Thx otherwise for a great app!!!

Great card games!

So far, I have all of their solitary games, and all are great. Especially like the " no ads" option--some drive you nuts with In-Your-Face ads. These work well, don't nag and do what they're supposed to to: entertain. Only problem is sometimes achievements get lost- probably more of a fault with Apple. In any event, achievements aren't why I play their games. Overall, Branium is the best I've found.

Several issues

The landscape mode is difficult to play when cards reach the bottom. The problem is they're so far down the player has difficulty tapping the card without pulling up the quick access feature in iOS. The cards are hard to place in landscape mode even without the length problem. They keep jumping back to their original placement. I have the game on my 6s. It replaces a game that won't be able to play on the next iOS iteration.

Great app!

The best of the solitaire games I've tried. Easy controls, plenty of options. Nice. That said, the newest update introduced a gaenuine disappointment for me. Playing using turning over "draw 3" now shows all three cards, where formerly you saw only the top card. This introduces a completely new level of predictability and removes a major source of pleasant anticipation. I find the game significantly less interesting to play now. I wish The programmer would include the Option of hiding/showing cards in this mode. I have reduced my star rating from 5 to 4 as a result.Occasionally feels like the deals get less random with repeated games, but restart fixes this.

THE BEST❣️❣️❣️

I have played this Solitaire forever (it seems so anyway) and I love it! It is the absolutely best Solitaire there is. It's straight forward and easy to play. There aren't any distracting graphics and the game flows nicely from one to the next. I’ve tried several solitaire games and this one rises above every other solitaire app I have checked out. If you like glitz and bells and whistles and colorful graphics that hide the cards you need to play then get that kind solitaire app. If you want to play Klondike solitaire or FreeCell for an hour or two choose the Brainium app. You will love how smooth it is to play too!

Solitaire by Brainium

This is one of the best all around games of Solitaire to play. However, the extremely annoying ads for other games that want you to play their games, is way beyond what it should be allowed to interrupt your Solitaire game. I might have been able to withstand it a little longer, but recently two games of preview have recently appeared that LAST over 20 seconds!! If I want to search for a new game, I’ll do it. Those lasting longer than 5 seconds will make you want to quit playing the beautiful game of Solitaire. We’re bombarded to the point where we spend as much time trying to get rid of the ads as we do playing the game! I’ve just about had enough. And I’m not alone in my thinking. Ugh!!
