No way to Log in
On the website, you can log in using Facebook, Twitter, Google, or Apple, but if you use the different methods, it will create a new account for you each time! But for the app, it ONLY has log in options via Facebook, Google, and Apple! Since I opted to log-in using Twitter on their website and that’s the account I used to publish a novel, I have no way of logging into the app at all to access my novel. You also can’s search books up by genre. Back in 2021, their site said they would be going through maintenance, and I thought this would be one of the things they would update. But now it’s 2022 and you still can’t search up genres. You can only search up titles which is inconvenient, because you would have no idea what title to look up if you’re trying to discover a new book.
Payment issues
It keeps trying to get money out off my card even when my card kept saying that it keeps declining it every 30 minutes because it doesn’t trust it which it’s starting to seem like a scam and I’ve tried unsubscribing it but there wasn’t an unsubscribe button on the website or on the app.
Frustrating App
When I click the icon to open the app it crashes. Normally, it happens at least 4 times before the app will open. Once it opens and I click on a book, it says loading but nothing happens. It spins but never loads the book. Books aren’t loading and app crashes a lot.
Help
I keep trying to access the pro subscription but it keeps taking me somewhere else… do you guys not offer the pro subscription anymore??
This app is AWESOME!!!
This app is amazing it gives you so many reading options by all different authors. It’s amazing because you get to read people’s stories who have such and amazing imagination and wonderful writing skills. Everyone on this app is a star everyone’s writing is magnificent. It also gives you a chance to meet people who share the same interests in stories as you do!This is amazing highly recommend.

Was suckered into this by an ad in Google saying I can read a full story for free ... You can't. This is just like all the other pay to read apps. I've only found one that lets you read a story for free, as long as you watch a short ad between each chapter....wish this one was like that.
Good app
I wish they would include how often the novel updates or when the novel is expected to update but overall this app is pretty good.
Very frustrating
I started using this app a couple weeks ago when I read a sample of one of the books on Facebook. 3 days ago the book and my account stopped loading when I try to read on the app. It just spins and times out. Last night it finally loaded but today it is back to not working. So I have money and time into this book I want to read but I can’t. I have tried every avenue to connect with support with no response. I will try to finish this book because it is in my DNA to finish and the book itself is good. However, having a good book is just frustrating if you can’t access it🤦♀️🤦♀️. If I don’t get to access it soon I will delete this app and never use it again.
Risky for transfer
I’m a Wattpad writer and I got a message saying they want to have my book, but when I went on there they wanted my ID card number and other very personal information and that raises a red flag me. They do offer pay for your work in a contract, but that wouldn’t require your social number instead of a credit card number so I’ll keep an eye on this to see if it changes for the better, but until then I’m not doing business here
