Horrible, deleted all my stuff.

I used to think this app was okay. I mean it did was it was meant for and everything was fine. Until one day I go to open the app and the whole screen was just plain white. Nothing loaded, not even the passcode thing. Literally the whole screen was just plain white. I restarted my phone, deleted and redownloaded the app, and waited weeks to see if it’ll go back to normal but it never did. It would always just be a white screen when I clicked the app. Now all my funny and meaningful memories that I loves are all gone because I would keep them stored in this app. Don’t know what went wrong but this app clearly isn’t good and needs work.

Awesome

This app is so amazing if you want to hide pictures and it’s free! My most favorite parts are that whenever someone tries to break in to the app and they have the wrong password it takes a picture of there face so when you get back into the app you’ll see the date the time and the face of the person that tried to break in. Also I like how whenever your on the app and you don’t have enough time to exit it whenever someone is snooping over your shoulder or walking past you you can set it to were you out the phone down and it automatically switches to a different app. Over all 100% recommend

Loved this App but it let me down badly

I have a paid six month subscription. Yesterday I entered my password incorrectly and then it offered me the option to reset with my email. I have a number of emails and inadvertently used one that was not linked to the account. The app re-set itself and offered me a new subscription and deleted my entire vault of private photos. When I tried to download again it just keeps on offering me a new subscription - whilst my current subscription is still valid till the 15th of May. I have a photo to proof two subscriptions of the same app in the Manage Subscription Page of my Account with the AppStore. So frustrating. Are you able to help? And how should I contact you?

It’s good but I have one complaint

I got it last month n it’s good n I like I can use my fingerprint ID to open the app. I also like that each folder has a lock but I wish it had the option to use fingerprint ID. I have one complaint every time I open a locked folder n get out of it..it remains unlocked. It should relock automatically instead I have to relock the folder twice. It’s like it’s stuck. It’s an ok app. Please fix it so when I do get out of the folder it locks again without me having to relock it everytime.

It deleted all my photos and videos.

I subscribed to the yearly plan and the app was working fine for about a month before it started crashing on me and abruptly kicking me out. I didn’t think much of it and trusted the developers to work the bugs out. Unfortunately all they managed to do was delete all my photos, videos, and albums. I signed in one day to retrieve some videos for a project and everything slowly started getting deleted. One by one. And there was nothing I could do. Ok, so then I emailed them. I explained what happened and they requested screenshots. Cool, I sent them what they asked for. What isn’t cool though is that it’s been a week and I have yet to hear back from them. Their “customer service” isn’t servicing anything! And I am highly disappointed with their product. They have been giving me the runaround big time. Think carefully before trusting them with your keepsakes. This could be you one day.

Great app

This app is so useful got it only because a friend recommended the app to me and I’m not disappointed one bit. Has add which are a bit annoying but other than that it’s completely worth it. Only think I would improve would be the app logo. Because it’s clear your hiding something in and app that has a lock in the front of it 😂. But it’s still a really good app highly recommend to anyone.

Annoying.

So on my previous iPhone 6 I was able to use the app without any problems. I was really happy with the app and how it worked. However I just upgraded to the iPhone 8 and reinstalled the app. After I put in my correct 4 digit pin I could see the photo screen load. However a ad pops up over my photos telling me that I have to get the premium app in order to access my photos. There is a restore button on the top right but when I press it, it starts to load and then the ad returns. The only way to get out the ad is to press “upgrade” and put in my info. I will not be upgrading at all I will just use another free photo app.

very cool ig

The app is incredibly easy to use and appealing to the eye with the customisation options and it’s similarity to the Settings app on IOS. Along with this the app icon can be changed to many things and I believe that this adds a thin but nonetheless a layer of security by being able to mask the app as a game as with some icons like the halloween app icon and the rocket icons. Furthermore this app not only is easy to use but has many safety precautions available such as a fake PIN as well as a fake album to go along with it. I am most impressed 2 safety features which are the ability to change apps when the phone is played facing downwards and the app’s break-in alerts which takes a picture of when a failed log in attempt occurs and logs the time. I think that is very cool. One option I wish the app had was a longer passcode such as a 6 digit rather than the standard and only option (not including with touch id) 4 digit passcode. Overall great app.

Previously solid, but new annoying glitch

I've had this app for over a year now, and have never had a problem with it until recently. Now, whenever I open this app, within seconds, it takes me to the "write a review" page in the App Store, and I'm unable to add/delete/sort any of the pictures in my albums because I keep getting relocated to this "write a review" page. So, here I am, writing a review, in the hopes that I can access my photos on this app again. If this doesn't fix the issue, please fix it!Update: writing this review didn't fix the issue because clearly, here I am again.

No-Pin Reset/ Completely locked out

I loved the App, no I was in love with this app, until I got locked out of it. A friend of mine changed the pin without telling me, there was a unexpected turn of events with my friend and I’m not able to get that pin from her. I had already registered my email with the app, but there is not a known way to get back into the app, without losing all my stored data. The premium subscription has expired since I’ve been locked out of the app, the only way to get what I have stored, is through the app directly which the developer does not provide the option to reset, that I have found. It’s been over 6 months since I’ve been locked out, my stored data is inaccessible, so therefore pretty much gone.. Up until this point I swore by this app, it was the only photo vault app that I used. Definitely need to make upgrades on the app for situations in which you need a pin reset.
