App works great but it’s horrible if you have to send a PDF file because each page gets sent as a huge file and if you are sending multiple pages, it has to be compressed. Despite me emailing them couple of times, They have not been able to reply back. For this experience, I don’t recommend this for people who needs to Convert to PDF and email.

Downloaded this app it signed me up for some premium version and has been charging me for months! I never knew because when I log in to the app it tells me I’ve exceeded my limit and tries to make me sign up for the premium version! What am I paying for.? Now I can’t get refunded for these charges for literally nothing. Don’t use this app, they will steal your money!!Update to developer: obviously I have cancelled your subscription the point is you have stolen my money and refuse to give it back.

Surprise surprise it’s NOT free. Well, if you count the 7 day trial ok, but then after it’s rather costly. If your not using this app frequently it’s not worth the price, especially when there are truly free scanner apps available. This app might do a thing or two other scanners don’t but not worth the cost unless you frequently need to take handwritten notes and convert to a “typed” version. Most people today use the keyboard faster than they can write.

You download a s a free app and then this app doesn’t even let you scan one document to convert to text without paying. This is ridiculous. Even if the quality is good I would never know because they lure you in with the free app and then you realize you have access to any features.. except converting an image to a pdf… so useful, ha. I could do that on a word doc, what a joke.

I love the App, i have a few qualms that I wanted to fix: one is that converting image to text takes a long time and two when I grab The documents I have to size it out from the 4 corners rather then have an option in the middle of the corners for the horizontal/vertical sizes. That could be a little faster just to have another vertical/horizontal bar. But otherwise you won’t find a better one on the market for the price, so i guess I’m happy, but not 100% elated yet. I hate paying so much for apps now and at least I have a lifetime subscription so that is nice, so I’m not crying every month like some.Question to the developer:I also was wondering if the text that we capture could be enhanced? Such as making books in dim lighting lighter?I though that was included but I couldn’t figure out how to make that happen? And drag and drop files would be nice too.

Convert to text *sounds* useful, but unless you just want a hand written paragraph or something equally as linear converted, this app is useless. It cannot decipher or format notes in the margin, columns, or simple tables. Your notes will just look like a jumble of text—nothing where it should be. If you want a GREAT scanning app that is much more sophisticated in its usefulness, AND IS FREE, check out Genius Scan… I’ve been using it for years.To the developers—your app is stupidly overpriced for the lack of sophistication it offers, figure out the formatting/layout issue before you start charging for this app—A SUBSCRIPTION no less! This isn’t worth 6.99 even for a one-time cost! If you’re honest with yourselves, you already know that.

I downloaded this app just because of an advertisement on FB. You know, at fist I was skeptical about all this FREE trial thing, but this scanner saved me several times when I was on a trip and need to scan and sign documents asap. Cannot believe I did not use this app before. It’s easy, convenient and I would definitely recommend it. You can scan in b&w, color, add stamps and other things. Great job developer. There were some troubles when uploading large pdf files, but apparently they fixed it.I haven’t used other scanners, but truly don’t need them. It must be the best of its type around.The one thing I wish were different is the cost obviously, but I understand business is not a charity. Developers need money to keep all this stuff live.Seen a lot of reviews with scam complaint. Well, people you’re in 2020, you should READ carefully what you are signing for. Besides, you can cancel free trial right away (ask google how).For example, my friend use it’s free version and totally okay with the limitations. I think it’s great when you have an option to pay or not to pay.

I may not be doing something properly but when I scan a document I have no idea where it was stored. I searched my phone and computer looking for what I scanned and can’t find anything.Got a reply saying to check “scanner” folder in Gallery. Have no idea what you just said. Scanner folder in gallery? I can’t find a scanner folder or gallery. I have an iPhone 8plus. When I open this app there nothing but the scanner. There is a setting icon but it is no help. I’ve canceled this and really is too confusing so I’m out of here.

You cannot do anything scan related on this app without payment. You don’t even get to test it out.! For anything to scan you have to pay $6.99 a week or do a bundle. That in my opinion is ridiculous Adobe scan, scans all things immediately. Of course it has its things that are asked to be purchased but it allows you to do what you downloaded it for and then purchase if needed. Making a purchase should come naturally a downloader shouldn’t have to feel forced to buy something.

I purchased a year subscription and it doesn’t end until July of 2021. Since January of 2021 I have not been able to use the app at all because it’s saying it wants me to purchase a new subscription. In Apple Subscriptions it very clearly says my purchase doesn’t expire until Jul 11, 2021. Apple can’t issue a refund because I bought it more than 90 days ago and emails to the developer have gone unanswered. This app is useful when you are able to use it, but I would not recommend anyone purchase a subscription because of this. I should be able to use the app I paid for or be refunded.
