I bough this application a few months ago and it was working fine, but for some reason just stopped working; when I clck on the icon a screen saying "seach Pal Reader....for more Palreader books" then closes again one two seconds later. I paid for this application so I know is not a trial version. I tried to redownload it from iTunes but of course I'm getting a message saying I already have the application. I sent a email to the support department about a week ago and still I've have not heard from them.I'm sure this is a isolated scenario but my last option is to post it in here.Once my issue is resolved I will come back here to let everybody know the happy ending of this issue.

I had the free version of Spanish and it was working fine, but now It doesn’t work
I bought this app for 5.99 the English Version and it didn’t let me download it, and when I try to download it again it asks me to pay again.
Keeps crashing
The app was working fine until I downloaded the english version with audio. Now the app only works on my ipod. When I try to use it on my iPhone and in my daughter's iPhone, it crashes. Very frustrating.
Why you guys remove the loop the same verse??
