So helpful
I love that this app keeps me up to date with my prospect communication without me having to hop in to my pc to see if someone’s read or opened my emails. It’s also super easy for me to take or make calls/send text from my own cell. Excited for them to continue to upgrade and grow app!
Why even make a mobile app if there is no functionality?
The only functions of this app are a keypad for dialing numbers and tracking email opens from messages you sent on the desktop version. If I wasn’t in the field often then this wouldn’t matter but this app isn’t built for organizations that have AE’s that work in the field. I need the ability to dial and email from my cadences while I’m on the road. Otherwise I have to wait until I get home to log all my dials and send my emails. This app is really inefficient, I hope Salesloft is working to improve this.

Started using Salesloft about 6 months ago and the system alone has helped me as a seller tenfold. I’ve used other tools in the past but I’ve got to say, this is by far the best, AND they have an app! Seriously has made my life easier and has ensured I hit email replies asap when I’m away from my computer. Cant wait to see what else they add from a functionality standpoint
Best thing in the market
I have previously used Outreach and they do not have an app so having any functionality available to me on the road while visiting clients is a gift. You cannot run cadences yet but that’s probably coming. For now I’m just grateful I can pull contact info and all of the envelope information on each contact while out in the field because the SFDC app is not good for that.
Disappointed
Expect this app to have some really vital functionality. Here are a couple issues. While you can see that someone emailed you, you are not able to see what the email is and reply. This is a pretty basic requirement. Although you can add someone to a cadence and email them immediately you can’t continue with the next steps for others that may be a that same cadence. There’s no way to see the cadence list either, unless you’re adding someone to a cadence by clicking their email.
Good, But Needs To Be Comprehensive With Interface
The app works great on my phone when my work computer is active, but there are issues when I try and check on my phone and my computer is on and I encounter “refreshing errors”. Also, it would be great to have more comprehensive interaction as I have on a computer. Otherwise, great app for checking notifications and responding to clients.
Great app SalesLoft
Our Sales team brought this on and it has helped me tremendously. I am on the go a lot and having the ability to place calls, send texts and know it’s being logged back into my CRM when I am away from my computer/desk is a game changer.
Huge improvements to the app!
I love the new features added this year to the app, I can almost completely run my prospecting from my phone!I would like the ability to be able to remove a contact from a cadence I’m working on. I usually add contacts to cadences in bulk, and there are typically a few one offs I need to clean out. A simple way to swipe the contact out of the cadence would be great.
Amazing tool + enhancement request
I find it very handy for small quick views of customers and people and live updates. I love the new task tracker update ! The one enhancement request which I would find incredibly helpful is being able to set tasks for individuals on the go. As I view emails, I want to create a task or assign a task. Otherwise I am very pleased with the mobile app!
Buggy App
I really want to like this app as I find value in cadences that provide one the ability to stay organized and methodical in the approach to the multi touch sales process. However, the app today is quite buggy. Lots of lagging in the app when logging information, accounts not showing up that are in the CRM, moments where it just freezes and the issue of my call showing up as “telemarketer” or “spam” sometimes as well. I believe my company may be one of, if not the largest accounts Salesloft has, so I’m sure there’s a lot to be worked out and I’m hoping it gets better.
