Works well but can still do better
The app is easy and straightforward to use and push notifications make it a bit easier than having to enter the token each time when logging in.One thing I would like to see implemented in this app is allowing the use of the phone’s biometrics such as fingerprint or face unlock instead of having to enter the pin each time after approving the push notification or entering the token. It wild make it more convenient for the end user. Other Authenticator apps already do this.
Make the refresh button BIGGER
For our large corporation, on each device, we only have one PIN number we use this app for, leaving about 2/3 of the app screen unused. All I ever do with this app is hit the refresh button. Make the button BIGGER .... you have plenty of space to utilize. That’s the only thing this thing does for me is generate 6 new digits. Make it super easy. Thanks.
Doesn’t work
Tokens are out of sync, fails every time. Developers need to get another job or at least use it on a daily basis to feel the pain. If you need VPN access for your job and this is the only option, just quit now.
Inaccessible
This app in inaccessible. Please fix. About 8 state employees that use this app daily to access vpn in Arizona are unable to do so now. Voiceover will not work now since the update. This has to be fixed. After weeks of waiting it still remains a problem.
Good luck Onboarding your organization
Provide helpdesk support at large Org helping users onboard MFA for their devices. Device registrations consistently fail because SafeNet backend servers can’t handle high volume/capacity registrations at once. This is supposed to be “enterprise” ready and your infrastructure can’t support the demands of onboarding new customers, really??? It’s exactly why half these other reviews are so negative. A simple update to the app forces PIN confirmation, half our employees got lazy relying on biometric ID, and now they have to setup tokens again. The simple spike in demand from a simple update has bogged your servers down again. Fix this now if you want to retain enterprise customers!!
Intermittent accessibility after updates
The app generally works well, the most recent update to the application brought a few bugs with it. Using the fingerprint authentication will cause the app to visibly glitch and then force close, I can generate a pin manually by clicking Token Pin and bypassing the fingerprint authentication however knowing how the app is supposed to work on the authentication side is frustrating.

Upgraded to latest version and can no longer can hear the pin codes
Easy yet Feels Rock Solid Safe
I really appreciate my company’s adoption of this easy to use app on my phone that allows my to login to the full intranets on my laptop, from anywhere. Working from home or the beach feels secure.
Great! But iPhone X and the 0 number on keypad
I don’t know if you’re testing this on iPhone X, but the 0 sometimes doesn’t respond in the keypad because the Home Bar blocks it. Moving it a cm or so up should repair that. Otherwise, life saver. Don’t have to tote my damned machine around for a passcode !
Apple Watch approval was the key
I normally do not write reviews. However this app used to be pretty amazing in that you could simply approve a login request by approving it on your Apple Watch. It's been at least a year since that's gone away. Having to unlock a phone with face ID and tapping approve is a tedious step when the phone sits on your desk. The more passive the experience the better.
