Used to work great - now "failed to create album" error

It doesn't work on iPad or iPhone anymore - need to be fixed ASAP. I feel bad, I recommended it to a friend and he said it didn't work and I tried it myself and saw that it is broken - please fix, as I used to count on this thing.

Pretty Good “Save For Web” Tool

I wish the UI design was better, but the super-simple process of adjusting the image width and JPEG quality and then saving the new image is very efficient. It does the job and get’s out of your way.

So Far So Good

13.3.1 iOSLike the many functions of this app. Was able to easily figure out how to use it. Like being able to set a default size/quality..Would appreciate an option to delete the original photo..Will only continue using it if the Privacy Policy appears in more languages >>> No English version.

doesn’t work the right way

when you select a size in the settings, it should be the size of the LONGER side you want the photo to end up having, and should maintain the aspect ratio by scaling the shortest side accordingly (or at least give the option to maintain aspect ratio). this program does NOT do that. it actually set the SHORTER side to the selected size and scales the longer side... backwards of what it should be. bug?a better way would be to allow the user to set a defined custom size of BOTH the height and width.if fixed, i’d give it 3 stars. and add a setting to set the maximum final file size in kb, while letting the app then determine the quality, and i’d give it 5 stars.

Add video resizer and in picture place an option to choose pixels height and width such as 300@400 and more and in mm for personal cards and converter make it better thanks

Error saving

When I try on my Iphone 11pro to save an image as a .jpg I get a ‘Failed to create Album’ error. Very vague error.

Quits unexpectedly

Great concept but unreliable. Tried for 30 minutes to resize a batch of photos and the app crashed multiple times. I gave up after the 5th try. I am on an iPad Pro with latest iOS.

Useful tool

It’s great app for Resizing, Removing Data such as location and also is easy going too. Good job and I’m waiting for update.

Used to work

Used to be the best app and worth 5+ stars but now says unable to load any time you try to use it. I’ve deleted app and re uploaded with no success. Seeing lots of others with the same issues.

One of the best, must have!

I don’t know how often I need to post a photo on a message board or I’m in a bad signal location and wish I could send a smaller photo that goes through quicker.... this is a life saver application! Very easy to use, love that it’s updated frequently and the bonus being able to delete tagged data on the photo! Again this is an application you need in your daily life. The time it saves is something you just can’t put a price on. Keep up the great work!!
