This app is sketchy. My problem was not resolved by downloading this app if anything it made the process slower
I can’t draw on the screen while seeing the iPad as shown in the demo screenshots. Other than that it works well.iPad OS: 13.4.1iPad 6th gen
I finally am grateful for the update to allow a reliable ability to at least let the user share their screen. This falls short of 5 stars as we don’t have the ability to take control of the users phone.
A hacker is using this it isn’t on but it won’t come off my store page and I want that and other of the apps he purchased off of my account
Much more work needs to be done for reliability. Great idea but lacks enough testing to be effective fir the purpose it was intended.

Guys whenever you are on the phone with any type of support or someone you don’t know do not download anything, you shouldn’t have to download anything to get help if they are official. My mom caught this guy and when she started questioning him he got silent and wouldn’t answer any of our questions it was hilarious how quickly the situation changed, we hung up and luckily avoided being scammed. Once again, THESE ARE SCAMMERS, DO NOT FOLLOW OR LISTEN TO ANYTHING THEY SAY
Guy tried to hack my phone and became argumentative when we questioned him and asked to speak with a supervisor and hung up. I ended the call ASAP.
After using this app I was left with curiosity and what I mean by that is using this app I had to enter my Social Security number while someone was on the other side watching and just like phone calls makes me wonder if they have to record it for training purposes ““ . Will not use this app again.
Hmmm I don’t know about that letting someone have access to your account and then you click a button and they’re supposed to disconnect. I know some companies are legit and honest about what they do but other companies pay record what they see and keep that camera and all that stuff open. Just saying have you ever seen your camera late just pop on for no reason at all
