This app is very convenient and helps me to know what I have done and what I still have to do! I like how you can check things off when you are done doing them because if you are like me you sometimes forget what you have and have not done! I also like how you can pic the colors and make it colorful so it not just boring black and white! Another reason I like this app is because you can always set a time you want to be reminded to do something and you phone will remind you to do whatever you set the reminder for!
A reminder app that reminds you without being annoying about it. There's a simple chime and a notification of your reminder and that's it. There's no continued reminder of the reminder. It doesn't even once nag you to upgrade to a paid version. The free version works great! There's a simple, small ad banner at the bottom of the app but you hardly notice it and reoccurring reminders setup previously means you don't even have to open the app. I ususlly end up uninstalling reminder apps because they repeatly remind you about items but this one reminds you once and leaves you alone. I really love that feature. This reminder app is a keeper.
My Apple reminders app has an annoying issue where the notification setting gets turned off and when it turn it back on, it just gets turned off again. Not sure why but I downloaded this app as an alternative. It has been working great so far. The only request I have is that the feature be added where you can set a reminder for a set date in the future and then set it to repeat a certain amount of hours/days after that reminder alert is set for. Thanks!!
I got this app because the Apple reminders app stopped working and for the most part I like this one better, but there’s some things I really need that this app doesn’t have. First, it would be very helpful if it had the little red badge on the app when you have a scheduled reminder that wouldn’t disappear until you mark the reminder as complete. Getting a quick little notice is not enough of a reminder for me and I need something more persistent. Second, this isn’t as important but would be more convenient, but it would be nice if this app could show up when you swipe to the left on your phone and it shows the little widgets you can add, so I can mark reminders as done from there. As for things I love- I was worried this would have annoying ads, but there’s only one nonintrusive ad at the bottom which is nice. You can also sort reminders into different sections, so you could have a page for scheduled reminders, a page for a grocery list, a page for miscellaneous reminders, etc and you can make all of those a different color. It’s a very clean app to use and it’s a great replacement for the Apple version, if you don’t like it or it’s not working for you too.
I’m gonna try and keep this short but this app is actually pretty amazing. I used to have the generic reminders app, deleted it when I was younger, and then decided to get this one cause it looked basic. After all it is kind of basic, but that is a good thing in this case. The app is really easy to use and the notification sense of it is actually really well made in my opinion. It allows you to write whatever you really want and I’ve never run into any issues with it. When you prioritize things it will also occasionally remind you earlier then the normal date to make sure you are aware of it(if this bothers you, it happens very rarely and you could always just de-prioritize things). If you want an easy-to-use reminders app that won’t cause you issues, I would recommend this.
Sometimes in the notes section under the bullet points, I would put like a lot of notes, around 15 or 20+ lines. I use this app for a lot of things and I put the contents of my list in the notes section. Anyways, clicking and adding words to a really long list in the notes section (or I guess you can call it the details section) makes the entire platform shake every time I type something. And when I double click to select a word so I can replace it, the app goes crazy and tries to bring me to a bunch of sections in my notes that I don’t want to go. It makes me really annoyed so I hope that when I type, it won’t be so laggy(?)/shaky. Also I can’t scroll completely because the ad blocks a list on the bottom. It’s even worse when I try to delete it because, well, it’s blocked by an ad.
I’m a student with a heavy workload and Remind Me has been my savior. I love how you can make multiple lists to organize your tasks and I think the alarm feature is really helpful. I feel like my time management has greatly improved since downloading this app; checking off the tasks and looking back at the work I have completed is so satisfying. I recommended this app to more than a few classmates as it’s, in my opinion, much more user friendly than Apple’s Reminder app. My one suggestion would be to include a ‘How to use this app’ sort of thing because it seems a lot of people are having trouble renaming their lists or setting alarms. (To set alarm click the (i) next to the list item and to rename a list go to the main page and click edit at the top) Remind Me may be simple, but it hits all the right spots.
I love the ease with which this app lets me keep track of things I need to do, remember, get , etc.😊.. it easily let's me create whatever list I might need and color-code it for ease of distinction, but what I would LOVE To see and what it IS missing is the following: Once I have made my category and filled in my items/ list ... It doesn't show HOW MANY items there are under that category. So when you are done with an item , it's hard to tell how many are left unless you go all the way into the category. I hope they can fix this .Also maybe have a permanent set category where all your deleted items default into that you can kind of look into if you want to recall an item again .
As a student during the pandemic this app helped me stay organized and eased my stress. The ads are not even annoying (in fact I’ve never even seen an ad and I don’t even have the premium version) and so simple and easy to use. Unlike other apps which are very confusing with so many things, this app is simple and useful. I think the creators can upgrade this app by adding a calendar where you can schedule your days and I wish i could customize the sound of the notification. Overall I love this app, thank u the creators of this app ^^
This is a short review because the app itself is great, only there is a problem with two things. Firstly, it gets kind of annoying when you have a ton of reminders for different time s, or the same time and have to set each one individually, it would be a nice feature to be able to group alarms more easy and quicker. Secondly, you have to pay for dark mode. I wish dark mode were free because some people have reminds in two in the morning and seeing a bright screen is not good for your eyes. Personally, I find it outrages to have to pay for a mode that will protect your eyesight. Overall, the app works well, please fix these things!!!
Remind Me is a minimal reminder. This app UI might be easy for Mac reminder users. Remind them to remind you of a forgotten schedule.
