Quordle is fun.
Wordle x four is difficult to get all the words in nine tries. Got the words right only once. A few times one letter was wrong. Hours of brain jangling fun!
Needs to be more challenging
Great game but words are reused so the fun is gone after a while. Would also love it if words were more challenging. Maybe a future upgrade will introduce challenge levels.
last choice word
If there is a choice to be made of a letter or word to fill in such as “_atch”, the correct answer is the last choice made. Not sometimes, not often, but every time, the answer is the last choice made. It had gotten to be a running joke with my wife and me. And it’s true whether there are 3 choices for the correct letter or 5. It doesn’t make the game more challenging and ultimately has a negative effect on the player. Not much fun playing a game that is supposed to be based on skill but, in the end is out of the players control.
Can’t get bored with this one…
Always a challenge and no waiting for the next day for the next game. More challenging but more rewarding as well.
I like it, but…
I like this challenging game, but what I don’t like is the use of plurals (words ending in “S”). I don’t like that if you switch away (i.e. to answer a text message) your current game is gone when you return! Blank slate! Frustrating.
Latest version
Changes in the format of the App make it almost impossible to use and enjoy on Mini 13 iPhone. The letters are so small, it is a strain to see them. Also, previous features showing history of usage seem to have disappeared. Disappointing after many months of daily addiction to this App.
My Brain Shaker
Quad Word is one of last of several word games I must do when I wake up. It has become so habitual, that I need to finish Quad Word to start my day! It’s always especially rewarding to get all four of the words correct, which I mostly accomplish even when there is just one line left. I highly recommend challenging yourself to Quad Word everyday! I may not go to the gym, but I certainly exercise my brain! It’s my brain Shaker!
Good, but needs work
I really enjoy this game however it repeats words quite often. There has to be over 10,000 5 letter words available. But, after playing three or four games, I’m solving a repeat word. Also, you like plural 4 letter words! That’s just lazy. I’ve seen other reviews saying the same thing. Get your techs to enlarge the vocabulary! Thanks!
Simple and fun
straightforward gameplay, very short ads (5 secs), no annoying sound or extra features. Just simple and gets the job done. Every puzzle game app should be like this.
Needs more
It doesn’t keep stats of your wins and losses. There is no big fanfare when you win. Just a little “Well done” that shows up and is barely visible.
