It’s very bad app! It restart the mobile when you try to open the app! They told me update the app even it was the last version! And same problem. The staff not cooperative at all, they ask the same questions even I told them all about the problem with pictures too but they couldn’t give me any solution!!! One star too much for this app! It should get 0 stars.

Needs many fixes
I have used this app for a while but now it says ( cannot connect to the service ). This app is full of glitches and bugs and needs many improvements. Please update the app and fix these problems as soon as possible.

There is a problem in the last update specifically after complete entering information faced an alarm letter that impossible connect with service.

I’ve I phone 6 plus,I downloaded the Qi services and it doesn’t work and when I try to open the app,it closes by itself,please update it and bug fix it

I have a problem with updating my account info button when i press it says “there is a problem in reading data” and the button keeps apear
Missing flexibility
The application is not flexible enough and not letting me transfer money to a different account out of Qcard and even when trying to transfer money between accounts with the same bank it’s giving limit exceeding! I know it’s a bank policy and not your problem as developer but I hope you forward the msg to them. Regarding the application itself, please make it able to save information to avoid entering them every time. And the app could inform me that I am exceeding my limits or whatever banking restrictions before completing the whole process of receiving the passcode on my phone. And finally please advice whoever holding the authorizations on the card to be responsive first and to give the authorization at least for the basic needs instead of taking the advantage of having the control and make it hard on the customer to get there money .. Thank you for your work
Account verification Late problem.
It’s been 2 days making an account in this app and no photo verification has been accepted, I hope the company costumers see my photo and verify my account.
