They want to get a better job. filling a job application. Should be filling out questions about the person and the job. Make the process as easy as possible Life is hard and complicated enough. Just finished the games. Really cool stuff. Went to their website to learn more about the science behind it and i found it fascinating! Games went by so fast and i got this cool doc at the end that told me what they were measuring. Had no idea I learn best in “low risk situations” but that makes total sense. It finally feels like this whole process cares about me as the candidate.
This app has problems all around, I’ve tried so many things just to sign in and it has too many issues trying to send me a verification email. It’s embarrassing to think that a company would use this format to see who they want their employees to be. I think the test here is to see if the employee is willing enough to go through so much time and effort to actually get the job they applied for. If you are able to make this work then it shows you are very persistent to work on a piece of junk until it’ll hopefully work. Now excuse me while I make another application because this app won’t let me sign in anymore to submit my application.
Saw a review stating basically how it’s an embarrassment that a company would use this app to find employees and that the real test is how determined are candidates to keep trying to get this app to work in order to apply for a job. Couldn’t have said it better myself. This glitched several times when I tried to take it. Then it stopped working entirely so I got too mad and called it quits for that job. No one should use this to seek out employees…you’ll never find them.
If an employer asks you to do this before that employer had your initial, or second interview you should rethink working for them. Run the opposite way from them. After I completed filling out my application for a prospective employer I was lead to this app by that company’s adamant recommendation. There were twelve exercises to do to supposedly assess my compatibility with that prospective employer. The first round was giving me a virtual $10 which I was to play with another applicant online. A transfer would be made of that funds. I stopped there and asked myself, “was I being hacked?” After that I deleted this app because it started to feel ominous to me having that in my phone.
The most garbage system I have ever used. I couldn’t get past the “Privacy Notice” page because there was absolutely no link to get past it. It wouldn’t even let me login. This app makes no sense. Their website is even worse. All I’m trying to do is apply for a UPS job but this Pymetrics system is making that the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had applying for a job. Way to go Pymetrics!! You turned a simple process into one that’s literally impossible to complete!
This is a great test for determining personalities and work ethics. However, some task lack of consideration of other culture background. The questions do not reflect racial diversity and makes me wonder if the creators of the test were diverse. I think that there some bias interwoven into this test that can be easily addressed and updated. Yet, it is very well done.
I had to use this app to apply for a job in my area. One of the games was literally just to tap on my phone screen as many times as I could in 60 seconds. At the end I was told I was not a good fit for the company and I’d have to wait 1 year to reapply. I guess I just didn’t tap fast enough. 1 star for this and I think it’s probably for the best that I didn’t get farther in the application process. I feel like this is some sort of weird government experiment

WOW!!! This quiz, game, evaluation, whatever it is, is such a brain tester for sure. The key isn’t really to think outside of the box (but it can be), but it to not let your mind think that you are limited to resources. Think of the quickest things that you have without pen and paper, or typing it, or other sources than what you already have NATURALLY! I love it
