Useless App

The app will NOT do anything except crash, a waste of money and time!! I am sorry I even tried the app. The free version acted like it would work except that to do the quantity of pages required it indicated I needed to upgrade. Rather than unlocking permissions as most apps do when you upgrade this downloads an entire new, but useless, version. The app needs significant work before you charge anyone else so much as a penny. I tried using Apple report a problem, but it says there’s nothing to report??? I plan to continue to Perdue a complete refund from this ripoff!!

Doesn’t work

Doesn’t work# I am able to get text scanners to work I’m my Samsung galaxy phones, but not here. I should have read other reviews about the app before I purchased the pro version. I agree with everyone else. The app doesn’t work, it only crashes and puts out a bunch of characters and letters which doesn’t make sense##

No way to contact them

I tried to contact them to cancel the Pro Scanner App. It states there is no email address and it doesn’t give you any options to add your info and email address. I am now contacting the Apple store to cancel it. Big rip off! You can’t cancel services but they sure do promote their other services and add ons!

Image to text didn’t work

I bought this for the image to text OCR feature in order to save time. However, that feature didn’t work well. They got 2 words out of 70 words. So now it seems I have to type it out. Wish I had known.

Does not turn photos into documents

I wasted money on this app expecting it to take a photo and then it into a document. It only acts as a camera and sends a photo like a camera. I could just email myself that photo if I wanted it in photo form. Don’t waste your money, find another document scanner to purchase.

Not user friendly

When saving to “files” on the Pro version, it does not give an option to choose where it goes. It only states the upload was successful.

Disappointed

Not obvious you needed to buy the pro version to scan more than a few pages. Other scanner apps made clear in app purchases were required. Saves PDFs as huge files so difficult to share. May as well just use camera and send as jpg.
