Free options are useless

This app claims to be free, but you can’t even save a single trial image without it saying you have to pay for that feature. Just sell me the app up front instead of having zero free features.

Seems to work, but payment scheme sours deal

On a brief trial, the app seems to crop and remove background well, but a per picture pricing scheme for an app that uses only local processing makes no sense. I would probably pay a reasonable monthly subscription or a full purchase without limit, but not this.

Very unhappy

I am so disappointed I was removing a background of a picture and when I tried to save it I was required to purchase so I started the process over and kept starting over, because I wasn’t going to make the purchase until I removed the background perfectly and I was pleased with the outcome, then when I tried to start the process of removing the background over after a few times of trying to get right I was prompted to purchase credits. Such a waste of time, because you never know how the object in the photo will look after the background is removed. I wasted more than an hour trying to get it perfect for absolutely nothing!!!! The credits should only be deducted if the photo is saved otherwise why would I purchase more credits if I’m not happy with the outcome and choose not to save it, yet the credits are still deducted every time I start over. That is scamming on a whole new level.

This is just a way for them to take your money

Trust me there is no reason to get the app for this just use the browser, I have been making videos for a long time and I never had any money problems. It is a total waste of money getting the trial or vying credits.

Doesn’t work very well

Bought the most credits we could for our small business. Then Covid hit. Closed our restaurants for nearly a year. When we reopened the credits were no longer valid and we had only used a few out of thousands. Contacted the app and they said “we understand your predicament but we are a business and we need to make money”. Cold hearted.

WHY

I was in need of a photo but I wanted that background removed I searched the web and this app was recommended to me I uploaded the photo and sent over 15 minutes trying to make it perfect because at the start it told me that I have 5 credits and each credit If for a photo and all that time is said ohh you can’t do this in the trial you have to buy credits the least amount was 5$ why not be straight forward from the beginning huge waste of time

This app charges a ton of money for the pics you want to edit after you do multiple. The quality is very good but not worth the price in my opinion when you can get other apps or an online website to do this for free.

Can’t figure out how to change background color

I’ve clicked on everything and can not figure out how to change the background color. I’d like black and not white. Maybe not an option?
