Just Two Problems

I really love the app, but I’ve noticed just two problems so far. First of all, when you go to enter the passcode for your account, the first button you press will sometime not register, causing you to get the passcode wrong and potentially lock yourself out of the app. This is probably an easy fix. The second problem I have with the app is the amount of features that are locked behind a paywall. I mean, I understand that you need to make a profit, but it’s a little annoying when I can’t upload more than 5 or 6 images without paying a subscription fee. How about you raise the limitation to 20, or maybe even 25? Other than that, great app.(Edit: after writing this review, I discovered that uploading images is now a premium feature. Either that, or the picture of a cat I want to upload is too large of a file to fit in the app. It’s just a little stupid, considering that I got the app so I could have a cheap and easy way to hide my photos.)

Great app, but some suggestions.

I love the app. It’s awesome and it hides photos well. However, there are some features all others have that this one doesn’t unfortunately and I thought I’d suggest some here.- Light, dark and colored themes.- FaceID! I would kill to get faceid and Touch ID on here.- Choose cover photos for folders. Small improvement but makes everything better.- A feature that deletes photos off your phone and downloads them as needed instead of compression, or an option to switch between them.- Finally, an option to make an account to use on your PC, other phones and/or store in iCloud would be awesome. I’ve got tons more suggestions if you’d like, thanks for listening. Keep up the good work.

Protects your pictures, for a time.

So when I downloaded this app and imported my pictures into it, it worked fine for a few weeks. However, lately when i attempt to view a pic or transfer them off my phone, they are not viewable AT ALL. This app essentially hijacked my pictures and I have yet to hear from their help desk to assist in this. If you ask me use another app to secure your pictures. I will edit this review once I regain control of my pictures.

This is a great app but I have a suggestion...

I love this app it is well made and a very easy layout. If there is one thing I would change it is that you can not interact my with the “Innocent page” with the false password. It would be a lot more believable if you could interact with it, since if I do have to use it it’s not very believable.

Best private photo manager!

Even though I have an Apple phone, I use noseeyou to manage my phone pictures. In addition, I have 10 years of personal & business private photos also hided in noseeyou. When searching for a particular person, document, product pic .... It locates it in a flash! I appreciate the clean up & archive reminders. I used one of the "on this day" slide show the app regularly creates for a Christmas eCard I designed.

Amazing app.

This app is absolutely amazing, and reasonable pricing for premium features and I adore the no ads, its amazing.I can hide all the photos I want easily, theres so many other features I could name but I would be here for a while.Great app! Recommend to a lot of friends.

Member yet I can’t import anything…

I have had this app for over a year. At first, even with the free version, I was able to import media from my photos, and I really found this app useful. However, a few months ago, I was unable to import media because its a “premium feature”. I figured that I had finally hit the cap on what was able to be imported with the basic plan but that doesn’t seem to be the case. I had jo problem making the small payment especially with the annual plan which is fairly cheap. Sadly, I have found that I am still unable to add any media. I have tried deleting other pictures and videos to make more space but I am still unable to add anything new. It directs me back to the membership options, and when I hit continue it says that I am already a member. Seems to be a loop and it’s honestly become a waste of time at this point, with lots of photos and media basically just locked away.

No See You

I wish it had a decoy feature where you could enter a commonly used password and it would allow innocuous photos to be displayed that wouldn’t offend anyone but the private album would be under a separate password. You also need to have several options in terms of the icon and its name. “No see you” sounds awfully suspicious

I lost EVERYTHING

I lost EVERYTHING and don’t know how or why. I have used the “contact” button with no response. I don’t know what next steps are but there are items I cannot replace currently lost since June 30th. The only thing I can think to do is get an attorney. I HATE that idea but what are my options?

Great app when it works

When i first started to use the app it was great and worked fine, I even paid for the extra storage, but after awhile the app was unusable. Every time I try to scroll through my media, the app crashes and some of my media seems to be blank. I contacted customer support over a year ago now about this issue, at first they told me they put out an update that fixed the issue but it did not, after a few emails they stopped responding completely. I would love to have my media back, I even offered money and no fix, please help!
