Ticket dismissed!

I got my first speeding ticket ever about three months ago. Having a clean driving record all these years, I was really worried about losing points on my license and paying more for my car insurance so I did a search about speeding tickets online and came across an article about this app. At first I was a bit skeptical like most people but gave it a try anyway. I uploaded a photo of the ticket and they took care of the rest! The attorney’s fees are reasonable and less expensive compared to how much more you’d have to pay for your car insurance. The wait for a court date can be long but in my case it only took a little over two months. My attorney was very informative about the process, he really made me feel at ease! Not having to be present in court was a relief as well. So when the day finally came I was given the great news that my ticket got dismissed due to an issue with the evidence. No bad record and no more paperwork to deal with! Overall I am really glad I found this app, and if you feel you got nothing to lose, or if you feel you have a good chance of fighting your ticket, you should really try OTR!

Horrible Experience

I had gotten a red light ticket after a cop was following me for a mile or so going through a yellow light in New Jersey. I found this app to help fight the ticket since I live out of state. I asked the lawyer if he can show up on my behalf because I did not live nearby. He stated I HAD to show up in court regardless. He was very unresponsive on the app leading up to the court date. There was no discussion, no game plan. Then, messaged me 2 days prior to the court date he couldn’t make it. When I checked in at the court, they stated my court date was requested to be moved, so I wasn’t on the list. I had no idea that the lawyer made this request because he never told me. Luckily, the court said they could still take my case that day since I lived so far away! Then, the lawyer ended up showing up at court and seemed as if he had no information on the case - despite me submitting all my details via Off the Record and trying to communicate. He didn’t even know what state my driver’s license was in until we were about to speak with the judge. The approach and experience seemed super scammy. Total waste of money. I still ended up with a moving violation (lowered) and still had to pay the full ticket. I would’ve been better off fighting it on my own. It might be unfair to rate the app itself as bad, but the lawyer provided through the app was terrible.

It can’t hurt to try!!

We all commit infractions while driving , and most of the time we don’t think about doing them while driving, but every once and awhile we get caught , get upset, and get Fined.. I remember I had down loaded this app but never used it. A friend referred me to it, and well it was my time. I uploaded all the information required and left it to them..It had gotten extended and they handled it all keeping me informed along the way .. The day of this court case came and I had forgotten about it and I received an alert from this app., so I logged on and my ticket had been dismissed entirely.(I was like wow, instead of a point on my driving record and more fines it just went away.. for what I paid and the peace this brought me , It was well worth the money I paid ., I’ll use them again if need be, and if I would have lost well I haven’t been on that side of the coin yet, but I did commit the offense, consequences… So I’m thankful for these apps lawyers persons who can step into the legal system and handle this for me.. I couldn’t have done it and in the long run, saved me a lot of money and time.. Thank You for doing what they do best in resolving this matter for me.. Paul

An Actual Blessing

My husband found this app while I was searching for an “in person attorney” if you will, that I could go meet with and pay a ton of money, to help get my ticket reduced to a non moving violation. If this ticket stuck as a speeding ticket my insurance was going to be raised $2800 a year. I downloaded this app thinking it was probably a joke. However, to my surprise it was soooo easy. Unfortunately I paid $200 and was contacted saying that the attorney that was chosen for me was too busy to take my case. Sooo, I was referred to another. Her fee was $300 rather than $200. OTR helped out and credit $25 to her fee so I only paid an additional $75.... well worth it and I would do it again ( hopefully not necessary ). They forwarded my info to her she emailed me and explained when we should expect a court date that I did not have to attend. After the court date I was contacted the following day with the results. And yes, while I did still get a fine it was reduced to non moving and I was able to keep it off my record! Thank you, thank you, thank you. I have already told several people about this and am definitely not deleting it off my phone. Thanks again, Maraiah

100% legit

I was involved in a car accident and I was at fault in Suwanee ga near McGinnis ferry road. I was cited with Failure to yield. And note I’m 21 years old and I know this would look bad especially with me having dreams of becoming a police officer. I have heard this app for about a year now and since I was involved in car accident, I figured why not give this app a shot. I’ll be honest I was kinda going out on a limb and wasn’t expecting a whole lot. Boy, was I wrong! I submitted the ticket and pay a fee and it matches you with a top traffic attorney . These guys were awesome! They received all the info about my car accident and they did a lot for considering me being at fault. They knocked down my failure to yield at intersection to a non reporting city ordinance violation . No points will be deducted from my license and nothing will be reported to DDS. Hopefully I’ll never need to use this service again but will highly highly recommend this app even involving car accidents where citation is issued. This is a life saver and career saver too. Thank you so much to Hawkins Spizman Fortas group based out of Atlanta that fought for me!

Unbelievably Honest And True to its representation

This app upon first view was thought to be a scam. But upon reading reviews and a certain amount of “FAITH”, I went out on a limb and gave them a chance to prove me right. OTR, proved me wrong! Not only were they true to their word, they got my ticket completely dismissed! And for as little as $165! My insurance would have went up by $80/month for this ticket for a period of more than a year! So this was a huge savings overall not to mention I was dead guilty, caught by a motorcycle radar trap! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS APP TO ANYONE IN MY STATE OF WASHINGTON as it seems a much easier State to get tickets resolved in. I cannot speak for any other State. But no question, this is an amazing experience. And I like to view myself as having the worst luck possible and if it is bad, it will happen to me. And so this is uniquely one experience I will NEVER EVER forget and I am sure I will get another ticket as I like speed! So I will use this app as my regular resolution to my ticket needs/moving violation needs! I hope this helps to get others to see what they are missing out on if they get moving violations in my State, at least! THANK GOD FOR OFF THE RECORD!!!

So worth getting this app!

I was turned on to this app from a friend who swore by it after he used it to get an out of state speeding ticket dismissed. I didn’t believe him about how easy and user friendly the app was, plus the success rate of getting tickets either dismissed or downgraded to just a moving violation. Wow was I ever wrong! And for once glad to be wrong! I had just got a speeding ticket, so downloaded the app, took a picture of the ticket and waited. An attorney was then appointed to my case, I paid a minor legal fee and we were off and running. Remember, this small fee is nothing compared to the future monies lost due to your insurance cost rising after it hits your record. Worst case scenario was I had to pay another fee for a downgraded moving violation, best case scenario is it gets dropped altogether. The attorney assigned to me then took care of everything! He was super responsive to my questions and extremely knowledgeable. The best day came when he notified me that my ticket was dismissed by the court!!! Oh happy day!! All I can say is that I have literally told everyone I know about this app. It really made me stop and wonder why not everyone is using this app?? At least try and fight it, you never know, it may just get dismissed.

Got the job done....

I used their services for a traffic ticket I got when I was out of town, in Nevada. Basically a texting and driving ticket. Decided to take a chance with them because I didn’t want it on my driving record, I had just had an at fault accident a couple months before and I didn’t want my car insurance to go up anymore than it already had! Plus I drive for Uber and didn’t want to get kicked off the platform for too many moving violations. Off the Record got me in touch in a local lawyer, he contacted me directly, discussed my ticket, said he wasn’t sure he could get it dismissed or reduced because it was already a non moving violation for a first offense in the state of Nevada, but I live in Alaska and if charged it would have transferred to my state DMV as a moving violation. He said if I wanted him to proceed I had to sign something that said I was giving up my right to the money back guarantee. I was not thrilled about that...but I did end up going ahead with it, and he got it amended to a non moving violation and a cheaper ticket! So all in all I’m pretty happy with them. I would definitely use them again if needed.

Took a Chance

I was issued a moving violation on the last day of November for failing to come to a complete stop at a stop sign. The officer said that I didn’t even slow down. That was bs but it was his word against mine...who’s going to win? I figured he hadn’t met his ticket quota for the month... I don’t recall how I came across OTR but after reading a number of the reviews, I figured what was there to lose? So, I took a chance. After contacting them and sending a photo of my ticket, they took the case saying there’s about a 95% chance of having the violation dismissed. A court date was set. Communication was through the app. Then the Covid-19 pandemic hit in late March. The court date was rescheduled. They notified me, again through the app. On the day of the rescheduled court date I received a notification that my ticket was completely dismissed and a couple days later i received a letter from the County Court House confirming the dismissal. All in all, they saved me about $100 and point against my driving record or going to traffic school and those related fees. I would highly recommend using their services should you be hit with a moving violation. Take a chance, what have you got to lose?

Amazing

I was honestly skeptical of this app. SUPER nervous about it, but I took a leap of faith. My boyfriend presented me this app after I got into an accident and I (undeservedly) got a traffic ticket of $160. I knew that paying it off would then be me pleading guilty, so I just did Off the Record. They choose the lawyer and discuss with you whether or not the guarantee is valid or not and before you agree to anything, they (the lawyers) discuss everything with you. In my case, the money back guarantee did not apply. But I had faith it was a case they could get dismissed, so I went with it anyway. The best part of everything is how simple it was and how effective the communication was. I messaged through the app, followed my case on the app, email copies were sent, and got a final email stating that the ticket was dismissed and sent me copies of all my reports. It was definitely worth paying the price that I did (it was pretty high but it was well worth it), it probably would have been about the same or even more If I went to an actual lawyer, but again, this was just worth the shot. Just make sure you’re honest about your case, have effective communication, and make sure you do understand whether your money back guarantee is applicable or not. It’s always worth the shot. Because of this app, I’m able to continue fighting my case with the insurance company.
