I'm trying to book a trip in August, and since the months are labeled wrong, you have to choose a "July" date in the app's calendar to obtain a date in August. (Also confusing is the fact that weeks in the app's calendar start w/Sunday, whereas on the website they start with Monday.)And, I cannot find London Victoria Coach Station (where I want to start my journey) in the list of stations!! Is this an oversight, or am I missing something? UPDATE 1 Aug. 2017 – Victoria Coach Station is now an option!One more thing – the alphabetization of the list of coach stations is sketchy - Sunderland & Swansea before Salisbury, for example). Frustrating! Back to the website for me, despite the email I got saying it was a nice "shiny app".
Would be great , the look, the progression through purchase. Everything great for the outbound journey. Couldn't book because it wouldn't give me the option to choose my return journey. I could choose the date, but not the specific departure time. AND you could not review the trip details before purchase. So, Absolutely HOPELESS APP. NEEDS UPDATE.
App gets the job done but the months are incorrect when choosing a booking date.
The dates and months are wrong. You end up selecting a day you don’t want to book. I am frustrated with the app which its main aim was to book. If the date, time and calander is wrong then what is the point of having this app. Fix it completely useless
I booked a 2:20 pm coach from Heathrow to Bath through the app while I was still in the USA. I received an email with the 2:20pm confirmation. However when I got to the bus station, the app changed the departure time to 7:20pm! I had to wait in line to get someone to double check the times for me. The 2:20pm was what they had in their system. How frustrating!

I've spent the last 15 minutes trying to track a coach from Heathrow airport to Winchester - and gone round and round in circles. If you don't know the coach number, there's no way of finding it. Even trying to book a ticket doesn't help as the number of the coach never appears. I tried using departure and destination points and even THAT didn't help. This app needs serious reworking.
Useless app that doesn’t save your bookings in the app. The confirmation email is also not visible if using a mobile gmail app. Only desktop version is supported. You can’t search for your confirmation in the mobile app because the search button is disabled. Very sketchy business. I booked a trip from London to Stansted and it took me an hour because the application does not give you warnings if your card is not going through. The user experience is horrible too, extra charges cover your screen and it’s hard to avoid it.
Crashes as soon as I launch it. Useless.
I have a trip I want to book 4 days onwards. During the process the app kept saying ‘Session expired’. Finally got the screen where I inserted all my personal info and cannot get further than that. ‘Session expired’ every time.Bollocks. As the British would say.
