App doesn’t stay connected to my go pro

I’ve tried numerous times on 2 different devices to upload videos and it disconnects from my go pro within 2-3 minutes. I could never get it to work. Both devices were updated with plenty of space. Other apps worked. Unfortunately since i bought the app, they didn’t offer a refund. if you do download this DO NOT BUY it, subscribe to a monthly subscription and cancel it. They seemed like they’d work with me until i told them I bought it, they wouldn’t refund. So i never got to use the app.

Terrible. Don’t buy

I bought the lifetime version for a one time payment and after a while the app asks me to purchase it again. I emailed customer service and there’s a ticket open for my issue but nothing. I’m emailed many times and had several open tickets up but nothing. I’ve also asked for a refund and nothing. Don’t buy this crappy product. They might steal your money like they did mine.

I want to love it but I can’t

Everything works as promised except until I save the video after the mix/edit. It “saves” it but it’s always a blacked out video. Tried everything they recommended but still getting a blacked out video. It did solve my issues of multiple mics but I can’t save it correctly...need help....It does connect to the GoPro 8 flawlessly and records great, wouldn’t recommend recording longer than 8 minute videos and things get very buggy with the app/sound/video. I purchased the life time purchase also.

Hero 9 Support doesn't work anymore

I've watched the videos. I've reset everything. Turned it off. Back on. Forgot device. Opened closed. Did a little dance. Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Also preview doesn't work. Downloads doesn't work. I can connect WiFi. I connect Bluetooth. I can see the files. I can start recording. But, I can't transfer files. So. What's the point?

Error messages galore.

Bought this app (the lifetime subscription unfortunately) as a solution for audio issues while vlogging outdoors. When it works, it works as advertised. However, 8 out 10 times I get error messages saying my camera (Hero 6 Black) doesn’t support the streaming feature. When that error appears, the audio and video files won’t sync up.

Switch to 2.4Ghz to connect iPhone X

After a lot of googling, I finally got my hero 9 black to connect to this app. Now I can hopefully get to use it. Update: this app is useless. It can’t control Zoom remotely. It is extremely unreliable getting the streaming going. It is very dodgy on its connection with the camera. Very frustrating for a new user just trying to get his new channel going. Hissss.

Does not work for GoPro hero 5 black

I downloaded this app and purchased a month of the full version for recording our motorcycle rides. I was very disappointed to realize that this app does not support the hero 5 black despite the description saying that it does. Which is a shame, as I was really looking forward to using this. Additionally, the “support” function is useless, as none of my requests for help have been responded to. So don’t expect any help if you run into any technical trouble.

I would give 5 stars if I could get support

I got this app and it worked fantastically. Lately I have had problems with it connecting to my GoPro. I have put in a couple of support tickets with no response in two weeks. so beware, I am not sure this app is even supported any longer. I purchased the $25 full feature version. I will update it things change.

Excellent App for correcting Sync Problems

As a musician I use the GoPro 3.5mm adapter to pull audio from the sound desk or my personal mixer and record it directly onto the GoPro so as not to have to sync up the audio and video in iMovie or a comparable program later on. The adapter works well but occasionally records the audio and video out of sync which completely defeated the purpose of the adapter. I was looking to bypass the mac and do everything on the iphone. I was ready to call it quits on the GoPro adapter until I found this app. The ability to resync the audio and video on the iPhone in seconds is amazing and saves me hours and hours of time and tons of space on my computer! Worth every penny I spent on the lifetime subscription! Thank you for this!!

App Crashes

I like the idea of the app, and even purchased the lifetime version to use with my Hero 8 (once the app supported it). Having trouble mixing the telemetry data to my video. When I choose the data fields I want and hit ‘mix’, that app crashes, and my phone (iPhone 11 Pro Max) return to the home screen. Only two times I have been able to add the telemetry data, and the speed is way off. I’ve been using it for mountain bike video, and the speedometer shows single digit speeds when I am at least 20mph. I can be stopped, and the telemetry data is still showing that I’m moving.
